Great Location, Friendly Staff, very helpful, great value for money.
room smelt of smoke, didnt check when i booked that it said smoking room, very noisy with doors banging and cleaners talking early in the morning.
staff , location, breakfast
card key, bed~we tended to gravitate together! It is a pain to have to go back to reception to get card redone.
Great sleep...comfy bed Friendly staff...very obliging Excellent stay
Hospitality tray could be doing with more than 2 tea bags!!
excellent inclusive breakfast. Ideal location for our day trip to the island of Bute.
Drove past it at first as it can't be seen from the road and the directions weren't precise.
Smoking allowed in bedroom Free paper Quick check in and out Reasonably priced vending machine Quiet
The cleaners seemed to be overworked.
Been kept and woken all night
Close to main road to Glasgow
Souless feeling about the place and around the shower could be cleaned with bleach to get rid of the black mold
Everything was fine and we thought we would only get continental breakfast so sausages and beans were a lovely surprise!
Not the hotels fault but terrible noise of machinery from 6.30/7am on the Sunday morning was nightmare
we liked everything
Right from the start the staff were very helpful and greeted you immediately. It didn't take any time to check in and we were given all the information about breakfast in the morning along with times and also the times we could eat in the evening. Very pleasant stay
one of the best hotels we have stayed in ..lovely helpful staff ..great breakfast ..spacious room ..wonderful bathroom with power shower ..we asked if we could borrow a fan ..came back from breakfast fan already in our room and great parking ..handy for ferrys to Rothesay and Dunoon
lack of signing of main road ..look for EE building ..they share entrance
Breakfast was pretty poor. Rock hard croissant, watery eggs. Yuck
Clean, comfortable, everything works and excellent value for money
All staff were friendly. I had two funerals in two days for my grandad and my aunt, the staff knew this and were very sensitive to my needs. I can't thank them enough.
Nothing at all. Excellent for a budget hotel.
the Hotel itself was okay so far. The People working there are friendly, the breakfast was tasty
we have booked a room for nonsmokers, the room next to us was a room for smokers. Hence the rooms had a door between the two rooms, the whole smoke from the neighbors poluted our air. After a heavy rain, the water was coming through the roof into our room :-(
Very friendly and helpful staff Nice shower Clean room Nice breakfast
Not too impressed with the so called continental breakfast. Where were the rolls/buns & the slices of meat and cheese etc..
The friendliness of the staff.
Nothing everything was good.
This hotel was really good value for money. Free wifi with strong connection, friendly staff and comfortable room. Buffet style breakfast with a good amount of variety.
Efficiently provides the basics for a short stay. Free parking on site. Handy to Greenock area and to Glasgow train service. Friendly staff.
Designed for quick turnover of guests - over our stay of several days the menu was limited and basic - and the evening meal was clearly "out of a packet".
Very welcoming atmosphere.
problems with the key card - never completely confident we would be able to access our room!
The friendliness of the all the staff. Clean room and public areas. Upgraded TV
Got nothing to not like
Hotel, room and staff were excellent.
Breakfast was fair at best
Very uncomfortable beds
