The location was ideal for anyone using Luton airport. Reception was efficient so that there were no delays for the weary traveller. The twin room we had booked was not available when we arrived and although there was a sofa bed in the room there was no bedding. The duvet barely reached the edges of the bed before you got in so once occupied didn't cover both people at all times. The breakfast was unacceptable as the toaster either didn't work or burned the bread and several things had run out even though there was 30 mins to go till the end of the meal. |

About 12 mins walk to departures, so convenient for early morning flight. Breakfast served from a very early hour ... again great for the early start. |

Excellent front desk staff The entrace is too far away from the bus drop off when carrying heavy bags from the airport - a quick route from the bus stop to the front door would be optimum, walking 320 degrees up a hill at midnight with 2 bags would put one in bad humour before one even got to the desk. Breakfast was very basic - a few crossants would help. |

Clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly good and well cooked dinner dishes, and a nice glass of chiraz. Charming service and friendly staff. Getting to the entrance from the airport. No lights to indicate front entrance which is not visible from the road. |

Good location if you need to fly from Luton on early morning - few minutes away only. They also offer some dinner dishes - no other restaurant close to the hotel |

Absolutlely nothing Upon booking the room online I was informend that the room was ours from 14.30 onwards. When we booked in at approximately 16.30 the Manager booked us in and gave us our room card and number to which we went to only to find that the room was trashed, I then approached a cleaner who was attending a room further down the corridor and he told me that he wasnt due to have the room ready till gone 17.00. I then rang reception and they sent a junior member of staff to us and he relocated us to another room and informed us that the manager sent his apologies and offered us a free drink in the bar later. Unfortunately, my wife and my family had just spent 3 hours travelling and I found this excuse totally unaceptable. |

Very comfortable family room. Ideal for stopping over between flights. Breakfast was very good Walking from terminal to hotel could be a problem during wet weather. Did not seem to be a bus available. |

i did not like the fact that when i went to check in i needed the credit card that i book the room with. i had used the company card. i had to arrange for the office to send an email to confirm everything. if this had been clearly stated when i booked i would have done it before i set off on my trip. i was very tired after a long day travelling and working it was just anoying |

The room was clean, breakfast was complimentary, checkin even after midnight was no problem and the staff were friendly. The hotel is aboout a 10 minute walk from the airport, which is a bit of a trek with suitcases, but it's close enough that you don't need a taxi. |

Room was quite spacious, confortable, clean and functional. The hotel is at walking distance from Luton Airport. They serve breakfast from early morning (4.30 AM). It's the ideal hotel if you want to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. Except of the airport you don't really have anything around. |

The evening food was terrible. Could you consider a fresh food buffet in the evenings - similar to breakfast? the fish and chips were awful - soggy fish and dry chips. |
