Walking distance from the airport perfect sound isolation. Even though the hotel is infront of the airport, the planes are not at all heard Beds are too soft

Smart check in , comfortable room , easy parking , excellent proxmity to airport . late dining service Whilst the ability to have a quick meal is a + point as I arrived late the quality of the food was average at best. The service was fine

It's close proximity to the airport, we stayed at this hotel as we had to catch an early flight in the morning and we couldn't have asked for better, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was great

Staff friendly and polite, clean room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice with good choice. Great position 5 mins walk from the terminal -eventually, once you find it. Could do with a sign outside the airport indicating what direction to go to get there - we wandered around for half an hour at midnight trying to find it.

New modern, clean rooms, very comfortable. Great breakfast included in tariff. Bus from airport available. Bus goes past back of Inn. We arrived in pouring rain and had to go up 2 large flights of stairs to get to front, lugging 3 suitcases. Would be good if had ramp access.

Comfortable and well-maintained room; friendly and helpful reception staff; breakfast available at an early hour The steep flight of concrete steps in order to access the hotel from the road to the airport - yes, I know it is possible to walk round by the long route, but an elevator from the bottom level would be a real help, especially when almost everyone is travelling with luggage.

The room was quiet, the windows triple glazed so no noise from the airport or the main road. Quality and availability of the food, the depressing location. BEWARE: There is no airport shuttle bus, the walk is about 10mins but if you have bags or its raining you can wait for a bus (with no shelter) or take a Taxis who will charge you a flat fee of £5 - and you will still have to walk to the terminal as there seems to be no drop off for cars outside Luton airport.

The staff were excellent. They helped us with parking at a nearby car park and gave us all relevant information. Unfortunately I left my ear- rings in the bedroom and we were flying that day so couldn't return for them. No complaints about the reception staff.

we stayed in the hotel last weekend and i have to say the staff were really brilliant. they were so friendly, kind and helpful. i have been to alot of hotels over the years and the holiday inn luton is one of the best hotels i have ever been in for there friendliness and help every single one of the staff were really lovely. also the beds were so comfy and the room was spotless. the one thing( after all that i mentions ) was the delicious breakfast in the morning. i really didn't expect such a choice and it was delicious. when i go again to london i know exactly were i will be staying and that will be with you. i actually have given your details to my sister and her family who plan to go to london in aug. hope your not all booked out then... thank you again for making our trip to luton a most enjoyable one... yours truely, kathy nolan. loved everything not one thing i didn't like..

The stuff was helpful, we arrived early in the morning with the baby and they gave us a room much earlier before the check in, that the baby could rest. Also very good food at the restaurant from the list. Breakfast was very pore and I didn't like it.

We used the hotel overnight as we had an eary flight the next morning. When we left at 4.0 am we were told it was only a short walk to the terminal. We are 4 60+ ladies with cases. The walk was long and freezing cold. A shuttle bus would have been nice or even an offer to call a cab for us!

Very convenient for overnight stay at airport, 10 min walk or airport bus service every 10 to 15 mins, modern hotel, comfortable rooms with tea/coffee making , comfortable bedding with choice of pillow, large flat screen TV. Very good value and complimentary cooked breakfast.
