Location to Luton airport is brilliant - its an easy 5 minute walk away. Early breakfast starting from 4 am is perfect for early travellers. Could not get the free wi-fi to work in the "Great Room".

Excellent location - walk to the terminal. Great staff - very friendly, helpful. Good place for a quick stop - we had a very early flight and it worked out well. The facility felt a bit crowded - lots of people getting food and not really set up for this. But again, a great staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms were very clean, the hotel was located right next to Luton airport, and the lounge was large and perfect for a picnic dinner, or just a drink.

The staff were very efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends. The open plan dining area was noisy with younger noisy crowd in bar area. I like to eat in peace and talk to people at my table which was almost impossible.
