Close to airport clean and modern Room was hot and as was on ground floor near the entrance which had smokers outside we could not have fresh air

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms were very clean, the hotel was located right next to Luton airport, and the lounge was large and perfect for a picnic dinner, or just a drink.

The staff were very efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends. The open plan dining area was noisy with younger noisy crowd in bar area. I like to eat in peace and talk to people at my table which was almost impossible.

Room was comfortable and cosy, there was a choice of firm and soft pillows. We had a view of the runway and despite the proximity, we were not disturbed by the noise as the room was soundproof. Overall, an excellent hotel.
