My wife and I joined in the activities around the corner which were provided by the Smethwick Photographic Society. The Old Schoolhouse is very conveniently located. The hotel facilities were excellent; they provided good value and a comfortable night. Good car-park. Perhaps too much automation in the bedroom & bathroom! We would have liked to adjust the settings of the radio and TV, and the exact angle and amount of the lighting, for example! |

the staff were very nice and i do appreciate that.they worked so hard.keep up the good work yes.it took me almost an hour and half trying to check in due to you not providing the room i had booked, and i was very embarassed because i missed important meetings, trying to negotiate with your manager.also how can a non smoker be allocated in a smoking room .according to your regulations there is a penalty fee of 100pounds if you break the law by smoking in a non smokers room yet you did not |

There was no plug anywhere near the mirror making drying and straightening my hair a nightmare as I had to use my reflection in the tele. |

Upon arrival we were told that we were in a family room on the third floor, I explain to the receptionist that we had a double pram with us due to having 25 week old twins and would my pram fit in the lift, luckily it did however when we came to the room my pram would not fit through the door so we had to dismantle it in the corridor to get in the room. |

Rate and location. Member of staff sent us to junction 9 on M5 after we asked for directions to a place only 4 miles away. Missed meeting relatives. Ended up in Stourport but had a good day anyway. Would have prefered a room with a larger window. small windows made it quite dark and no air. |
