Quick stop-over on way home from 'South'

Quite a lot of road noise!

The staff were very helpfull and polite. There was plenty of parking spaces. It was easy to find and clean and tidy

The automatic doors on the main entrance are crap. The signs to the car park round the pub could be bigger. The breakfast could provide more choice and needs more space.

I found the staff on reception were very pleasant and friendly,they were very helpful and nothing was any trouble to them .I would certainly stay again.

we reserved a non smoking room on line, but when we checked in, booking.com had said we prefered a smoking room. on the first night of our stay we were able to swap rooms, but on our second night the hotel was full and had to sleep in the smoking room. This was not good at all for my girlfriend who has astma.

Friendly staff , good breakfast selection

the phone did not work and the hairdryer did not work and initially the lad on reception said there was nothing he could do but a colleague sorted it by letting me use another room for the hairdryer.

The breakfast area was more or less in the foyer with people accessing conference suites through the beakfast area

Stephanie gave us excellent service at Check-In and during our stay, never too much trouble. I was impressed with the Manager's handling of a difficult problem with a disabled party and a lack of rooms. It was clearly not the Hotel's error but he treated it with full attention, compassion with good humour. He should be commended.
