ease of access and location the location of the breakfast area on sat morning in particular there was meetings in the adjacent rooms and that resulted in people wandering to and fro between the tables not very satisfactory i would say |

I was given a smoking room which I did not request and when I asked to be moved the room I got was a disabled room. I was not impressed with anything at this hotel and definitely will not go back. |

Very satisfied with overall experience.Staff friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated for the A9 . The room was fine when i stayed there on my own on the Tues. I came with my husband and son on the Sat. for a wedding reception nearby and the room was rather small for more than 1 person.Other wise everything was fine |

The staff were very helpfull and polite. There was plenty of parking spaces. It was easy to find and clean and tidy The automatic doors on the main entrance are crap. The signs to the car park round the pub could be bigger. The breakfast could provide more choice and needs more space. |

Convenient to the Dewars Centre where I was attending the Scottish Curling Championships Because I booked on line a few days prior to my stay I was not aware of the reduction in tarrif for curlers attending the Scottish Championships. I was therefore charged the full amount instead of the reduced rate and I was not allowed to change the booking and to ask for curlers' rates |

we reserved a non smoking room on line, but when we checked in, booking.com had said we prefered a smoking room. on the first night of our stay we were able to swap rooms, but on our second night the hotel was full and had to sleep in the smoking room. This was not good at all for my girlfriend who has astma. |
