The hotel was excellent value and had everything you needed for a comfortable night's stay on the outskirts of Perth. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and equipped with everything you expect at a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast included a hot and cold buffet which was great value.

The receptionist was nice and friendly when we booked it and made us feel welcome.

It was a bit of a crowd when trying to get your breakfast, people where right on my shoulder firstly when getting the hot food and then when I went back to get rolls.

Value for money

Signage to find the car park at the front was very poor and we really struggled to find it resulting in us driving round for a good 5 minutes and ended up parking in the garage car park at the back

Facilities in room were functional and bed comfortable. All you need for a short stay.

have stayed in hotel many times but now for breakfast you get hot food ie scrambled eggs / sausages / croissants and the usual cold stuff. breakfast was always ok but this was exceptional for what we paid.rooms were very clean. great value.will be back next time in Perth.

we waited most of the day to get our room cleaned on our 2day at hotel but the manageress managed to rective the position but will come back again and would like the bottom floor this time when we return as you can check we are regulares mr mrs gove

The receptionist did not say our room number in front of other guests. I appreciate this as I was travelling alone with my daughter.

The breakfast was not great and the breakfast staff were quite impersonal.

Pretty standard facilities; didn't expect too much, wasn't disappointed

There was a problem with the booking. We were given a twin room when we had asked for a double. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, she argued with me, even after I showed her the printout of my confirmation. She said that it was "not her problem; Booking.com must have made a mistake". Eventually, after I refused to accept the twin room, she agreed to move us, commenting that she would "have to give us someone else's room". Apart from the poor customer service provided (Holiday Inn's problem), it would appear that there is a communication problem between Booking.com and Holiday Inn's systems that you need to look in to.

Clean and tidy and friendly staff.

Not enough food put out for breakfast and we had to wait on some sausages which took a while to arrive. When they arrived, the scrambled eggs were finished and we had another wait for them. Meantime, the sausages were cold. No big deal but slightly annoying.

Staff, spacious room, ample car parking, handy for the A9 road.

Congestion at the buffet breakfast area. Too remote from a decent public house. Restaurant next had a bar but it's not the same.
