Cleanliness of room and close proximity to O2 arena.

Well located for O2 with Underground close by; reasonably priced; excellent continental breakfast; friendly staff.

Bar snacks were not available whilst we were there - would have been useful.

The position close to Canning Town station, handy for the O2.The way the bar stayed open until very late. Sensible breakfast times. Dinner an affordable option with good choices. Comfortable bed with tea and coffee facilities, and Sky Sports.

We reported a problem in the room on Saturday morning before leaving at 11am. We returned after 11pm and nothing had been done; the problem hadn't even been noted in the book. We were assured very positively something would be done in the morning, or our room changed. Nothing happened until we were leaving Monday morning. I found it hard to sleep because of the noise caused by the problem toilet. However, we did get our bar bill scratched in compensation, after some discussion. I wish there'd been cooked breakfast options.

Hotel in easy reach of the O2 where we wanted to go. Also good as the underground was only a few minutes from the hotel

Only disapointment was that one room smelt heavily of smoke, eventhough we requested no smoking rooms.

Staff throughout were very good. Selection at breakfast very satisfactory. Good location for getting into London on tube, also DLR. Road outside not too busy

Access to O2 very good. When we came out of the O2 late in the evening we had only one stop on the tube to get to the hotel. Breakfast (continental) was fine. Good value.

The reason for choosing this hotel was access to the O2. Honestly, there is no other good reason to choose it. Beds were small and not very comfortable. Sofa bed for 2 kids was not comfortable. One staff member on duty to cover reception and bar when people were returning from O2 at 11pm.

Excellent location for the o2 arena and London City Airport with easy connections to Docklands Light Railway and Jubilee Line.
