It has family rooms and the breakfast is quite good. The staff was very kind during our stay. It is very far from the city center although there is a bus/tube/train station very close to the hotel. |

A modern, functional hotel near City airport and public transport. The staff was courteous, always very helpful; in short professional. The windows are very well insulated; no perceptible noise at the road side. The hotel is located in a poor area. Practically no facilities for shopping or dining near-by. In the night, just walking from the tube station Canning Town to the hotel, you have a feeling of insecurity. |

Breakfast was good and the housekeeping in general was excellent. In my personal opinion, the beds were not very comfortable, particularly the sofa bed. There was an odour of dried urine on the sofa bed but everything else was very clean. I guess that's a hazard for all hotels but perhaps a mattress protector would help? |

the hotel met all our rquirements for attending the O2 £8.00 for parking, it is a secure hotel car park why not build the cost of the room. |

staff extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. We went to a gig at O2 and we were starving when we got back. we were able to order pizza and the bar was still open. Bliss. There were a lot of other customers there and I heard a lot of them commenting at how good it was. |

First impressions at reception excellent. Shower superb, better than those in some 5 stars I have stayed in. Lovely experience, nice breakfast and all for a fantastic price. Well worth the money and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort on a shoe string budget |

The location of the hotel was excellent for what we wanted to do and the breakfast provided was decent. My only concern was that the bed was spongy and doors were slammed throughout the night at regular interviews. |

The hotel was comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was well located for what we wanted,i.e. the O2. but could also be good for a London sight seeing trip. The staff were pleasent and helpful. Very happy with my stay. thank you. |
