Convenient located, air-con in the room, quiet, simple but ellegance room, nice breakfast, not expensive - good value for money. Some of Reception staff could be more welcoming and friendly. Staff at the breakfast excellent. |

The hotel was clean and the bathroom and linen in the room was very clean, there was a very good selection at breakfast. Close to the train and bus station. Friendly service. There was a party of children staying in the hotel and around midnight they started opening their bedroom doors and making a lot of noise in the corridor, keeping us awake for about an hour. |

The hotel was in a very good location, close to the tube, a nice modern clean place. The breakfast was lovely, loads of food. the shower was refreshing. Rooms were small (but there were four of us) and carpet was dirty. |

The friendliness and attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and helpfulness of the room attendant when asked for extra pillows, and the fact that it had a car park. |

It was comfortable, with friendly staff in the morning time. I was able to share a room with my children. I thought the member of staff who dealt with us on our arrival was quite rude. I had not authorised him to debit my barclaycard, but he informed me had tried to take payment, and it had failed. I explained that the card had been stolen recently and I wanted to pay by cash. He said I also had to give him a £50.00 deposit on top of payment, he failed to explain why I had to do this. I think that if this is your policy it should be explained to the customer previous to them booking in. I may not have had enough cash on me! It may have left me short of cash for my visit to london. And I do not appriciate being frowned upon by a member of staff because I wish to pay by cash. |

The ease of check-in. The hotel's situation in relation to the 02 Arena. The helpful staff. It is an ideal hotel for a quick visit to the city, not a long stay. Very warm. Although the weather was quite warm, it was alot cooler outside than in the hotel. Did get the air conditioning to work, but its not very healthy and seemed ridiculous to have to use it. |
