Holiday Inn Express Royal Docks  

It's proximity to the o2 which was the reason for the stay. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good. The only negative was the broken toilet roll holder!

Close proximity to conference center. Rooms where clean and ok size- wise. Breakfast staff was kind and smilling.

Breakfast was edible, but not very interesting and not with a large selection to choose from. Reception staff not very engaging. I am not unhappy with my stay. However, it did not leave any great impression either, and I would rather take my chances with another hotel in the future. That said, the stay was ok.

the breakfast wasn't as good quality as the rest of the hotel. food within the hotel would have been nice given that it's a long way from ammenities.

Friendly staff. I asked the receptionist on arrival for a room overlooking the o2 arena and my request was honoured.

We were a group who were undertaking an event at Excel and arrived quite late. There was a superb guy on the check in desk who then looked after us at the bar - he was a fantastic guy so friendly and helpful.

Service minded and friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Close to the tube. The O2 arena is 3 min away with the tube which was a plus for us since we went to a concert there. Expect good value for your money, I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in London!

Staff fantastic. Room design great with 1 bed set back in alcove so it felt like you had your own space.

Would be nice to haveca little fitness room as it's nit a great place to run but that a bonus - for a three star budget hotel, great.

Bar was very limited for drinks,so we did not have a drink. Hotel was noisy you could hear noise from the other rooms, also someone running up and down the corridor laughing late at night. Fire alarm went off intermittently early morning. Not an ideal hotel for travelling the other side of the river,because of cost of train fares.

The staff were extremely friendly, and always said hello when they met you, either at the reception, or the staff that were cleaning up after the breakfast. Bathroom was perfect, clean and extra bonus that there was a hairdryer as I had forgotten mine. Wanted some extra teabags after coming in after a show, and there was never any problems. Breakfast was lovely. Simple, but think catered for almost everyone. Great there was an option of low fat yoghurts, and loads of different teabags, coffees and caffe latte. Excellent!!
