близкое расположение к метро и DLR. Комната достаточного размера, тихо. Менять ассортимент завтрака (дороже для гостиницы при этом он не станет)... иначе на третий день на него уже невозможно даже смотреть. Сотрудника на ресепшене не имеет права находится там с постоянно недовольным лицом и так же реагировать на задаваемые ей вопросы. |

Excellent location for the o2 arena and London City Airport with easy connections to Docklands Light Railway and Jubilee Line. Street traffic and hotel machinery noise through the night. |

Walking distance from the ExCel conference center as well as Canning Town tube station. Staff was kind and helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. Good bathroom and shower. Simple rooms. Poor and insufficient choice of tv stations and tv set. Internet not included in price (which is a bit high for the quality of room). |

we stayed at your hotel as we were going to a concert in the o2 and it was ideally situated. i requested extra pillows and within 5minutes they were in our room, fantastic service. the hotel was very clean and as long as it is clean i'm happy. the breakfast was great, plenty of choice. all in all we were very happy and impressed. |

Handy in that it is so close to a polyvalent mass transport hub (the Tube [Jubilee Line), the dlr and various bus lines) One more armchair in the room would definitely be handy |

We chose this hotel because of it was close to the O2. It was also very good value. The staff were brilliant and very welcoming. The bar was open when we can back from our concert, which was great. No, for what we wanted it was great. |
