Närheten till tunnelbana och bussar. Prisvärt. Värmen i korridorerna. Måste vara ett väldigt slöseri med energi och onödig kostnad. I rummet gick det ganska bra att ställa in behaglig temperatur. |

Prisvärt & bra hotell med bra personal och lugnt läge. Nära till buss och tunnelbana. Närbutik samt ett par restauranger fanns inom gångavstånd. |

Staff throughout were very good. Selection at breakfast very satisfactory. Good location for getting into London on tube, also DLR. Road outside not too busy |

we stayed at your hotel as we were going to a concert in the o2 and it was ideally situated. i requested extra pillows and within 5minutes they were in our room, fantastic service. the hotel was very clean and as long as it is clean i'm happy. the breakfast was great, plenty of choice. all in all we were very happy and impressed. |

Handy in that it is so close to a polyvalent mass transport hub (the Tube [Jubilee Line), the dlr and various bus lines) One more armchair in the room would definitely be handy |

We chose this hotel because of it was close to the O2. It was also very good value. The staff were brilliant and very welcoming. The bar was open when we can back from our concert, which was great. No, for what we wanted it was great. |

I found the hotel convenient for Greenwich and near good transport links. Hotel was good value with included breakfast and I would use it again. |

Reception staff was very friendly, Excel could be reached by walking even though understand that prices were hiked up due to excibition but in relation to product prices were rediculous. Ccurtains, carpets look dirty. Whole set up very basic which would be acceptable if the price was not 235 Euros per night. |
