The hotel staff are nice and helpful by showing us the place where we wanted to go. Ice machine excellent as there was 32 degree hot hot. There's a sign board in front of the dinning area writes ; please wait here to be seated. So we waited but no staff approach us. We saw there were only 3 staff that all in the receiption desk working busy, so we went directly as we were hungry |

Clean, pleasant. Staff were friendly. Good location for where we needed to be and it was surprisingly quiet breakfast - the scrambled eggs were taste-free! |

Location excellent, a short walk from at least three underground stations, metres away from the Thames path and really convenient for Borough market and all its yummy things. Rooms and hotel basic but perfectly functional-no need for more on a week-end London trip. Breakfast was nice and fresh although pretty simple, and wireless internet was free (not sure why but hey, thanks!) The air conditioning in the room wasn't working on cooling, and the room got really hot during the night. The windows do open so that made it a bit better, but had to wake up at 5 as London traffic started :) |

Toilet floor was permanently wet from a leaky loo? Breakfast was disappointing. The pastry/croissants were very dry and the fruit salad out of a tin. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and excellently situated near the tube, pubs and restaurants. Staff were friendly and competent. I couldn't get my notebook PC to connect to the wireless internet router. |
