De dienstverlening was snel en de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was prima. Het personeel wist niets van de omgeving van het hotel. Tijdens mijn verblijf werden de plinten in de deuropening vervangen. Dit hield in dat alle deuren op 3 verdiepingen de hele middag open stonden (ze waren geopend door het personeel), zonder dat iemand toezicht hield op de kamers. Iedereen die in het hotel was had een willekeurige kamer in kunnen gaan en kunnen meenemen wat hij/zij wilde.

This was convenient to the Mermaid Conference Centre - I was attending a conference there. Overall a good budget (for London) hotel - very basic but adequate. Breakfast good The bed was extremely hard and I had a poor nights sleep. I did opt for the hard pillow which in hindsight was a mistake. Also, there was a lot of outdoor noise from very early morning - this was either traffic or building works to the rear. The hotel was in a convenient location but for the above reasons I would look else where.

Nice and clean, quiet due to double glazing and thick carpets, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location less than 5 minutes from the tube station. Local pub and sandwich shop on doorstep but bar in hotel which was very reasonably priced. Nice breakfast served over a long period of time. Would definitely stay here again. Sometimes had to wait for lift as only one which could only hold max 4 persons. Only small breakfast area so was quite busy.

Cleanliness, arrangement in the room. Breakfast really poor (no value for money), Wi-Fi chargable even in the lobby (even a 2 starts hotel may provide wi-fi free of charge all over the building), poor venting in the bathroom (not quite comfortable when you take a hot shower).

Good location for visiting Tate and other venues in area. Clean, tidy and all necessary facilities for short stay. Good value for money for central London. Room thermostat didn't seem to make any difference but that is fairly common in modern hotels.

Good location (8 pounds from Harrods by taxi), few hundreds meters from metro, friendly staff, clean rooms. Some good restaurants near the hotel. Quite expencive, but here in London prices for hotel rooms generally are to high compare with the most of other European capitals...Also breakfast is quite light and always the same (also sausages is the lowest quality what I eat during my life), so if you will stay here for more than one - two days, your stomach in the morning will not be happy:)

It is a modest establishment but serves it's purpose. The breakfast was efficiently organised with the buffet items being quickly replenished as they ran out. i would stay there again.

We chose the hotel because it is very close to the "Oxo Tower" restaurant on the South Bank where we were going to celebrate a friends birthday. The room was quite compact but very well fitted out. The breakfast was included in the price and was described as Continental but actually was very good indeed with many extras. There is only one small lift that took ages to come.

It was in easy distance to the location we required to be that weekend and cheap A very strong smell of paint from the recently decorated rooms. This did not help my wife's Asthma.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The hotel was a short walk from south bank and waterloo so an ideal location. There was only one lift and it took forever to use it. Breakfast was manic and meant that myself and my girlfriend had to hover with our breakfast in our hands until people had finished theirs and moved on from their tables.

Reception staff and location A very budget hotel for a very expensive price. Carpet had bleach stains on it and the hotel is being painted so it smelled of paint.

It was within walking distance of the Barbican where we were going. Tea making facilities. Breakfast included. Lack of bbc radio (Radio 4 prfeferably)
