Proximity to Airport; and my wife needed a wheelchair and the staff was very helpful to accomodate her handicap. Also, evening meal available .

Evening menu was Indian cuisine; good but spicy. Little alternatives.

very close to airport so checked in and then went back to hotel for breakfast. flight was delayed so able to spend more time in hotel instead of waiting at the airport.

Second time staying within two weeks - good location at the airport as we had an early flight. Front desk staff were helpful. Good food at the restaurant. Availability of continental breakfast beginning at 4 a.m. was appreciated.

Two computers were available in the main area for use to access the internet - the charges to use the computers were excessive, in my opinion.

Friendly staff who would greet you when they walked past. All floors accessible by lift. Very nice decor throughout. We had an evening meal in the hotel and whilst it was a little expensive (as hotels tend to be) the food was served pretty fast and was delicious.

Upon our arrival the first thing we noticed was that the front window had been broken on the entrance doorway and had been taped up. This gave a very bad impression of the hotel right away, and I think it really should have been replaced immediately. The window had still not been replaced when we departed the following afternoon.

The room was filthy! The comforter on the pull out bed was blood stained and filthy. The shower curtain was musty and dirty. Overall a terrible stay. The elevator didn't work and we had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

Proximity to car hire return and airport terminal.

Airport trolleys not allowed beyond reception of hotel, yet no hotel trolleys provided. Inconvenient if you are travelling alone with a young child and have to wrestle bags into lifts.
