Location to the airport was convenient. Room was spacious. We did not like that we had to go down to the lobby to access the free WiFi.

My room the key lock is broken, the bathroom has smell. Another room before have broken wood cover too. Breakfast haven't re-fill, even re-filled only 4 pieces ham.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport which is a plus. When I arrived the staff was not very friendly and not helpful at all. There are no luggage carts which made it difficult for me as a senior. The morning I left there were no luggage trolleys available and I ended up taking a taxi to the airport. I met another traveller who stayed the same night as I and whoever was on duty went to the airport for a trolley for her. One of the reasons I booked at this hotel was the fact that the website did say that trolleys are available.

Quick check in, well presented, clean and tidy Price of the meal and alcohol. Being as it is an airport hotel £13.00 for a bottle of wine when you can get a bottle same or similar for £4.99 from a supermarket. But this is what you have to expect with hotels like this that are for the airport

We stay here because all flights back to America leave at ungodly early hours; so it's a convenient roll across the parking lot to the terminal. Hotel Wi-Fi connects, but doesn't provide any actual access; all devices in my group experienced the same thing. The pillows were ungodly uncomfortable; woke with a terrible pinched nerve in my neck. The wood covering the tea kettle wiring was not secure and fell on my foot; which... sucked.

Quick check in, helpful staff, comfy bed, quiet room, really nice breakfast, easy check out. TV could have had a few more channels on it (didn't seem to have any freeview channels)
