The convenience to the airport. I was taken really ill on flight from Bristol to Glasgow and on arrival at hotel asked reception staff for advice on where to find an accident and emergency hospital and taxi. A young lady was extremely helful and considerate and I was taken to the QAH in Paisley and treated there. I was able to return to the hotel and had a good nights rest and enjoyed a very good breakfast the next morning before returning home to the Western Isles. I travel frequently between Western Isles and Glasgow and will always use this hotel in future. I did find it hard to locate the hotel from the exit of the airport and had to go back to the information desk at airport to ask how to get there. I kept ending up in a car park with a fence between me and the hotel. I wondered if there could be a sign put up near the walkway which leads from airport to hotel. Other people were also asking so it wasn't just me. Maybe there was a sign and I didn't see it!

Having stopped in holiday express hotels in America and the UK i felt confident that Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport would deliver the same standards. It is close to the airport and city for shopping and you get a very good service all round a good hotel to stay and i will continue to use the hotels. One small item nothing for coeliacs

The hotel is very close to the airport so it was very convenient. The room was clean. The room was fine except for the bed and bedding - the bed was very uncomfortable. The bedding was old and obviously washed many many times and in need of replacement, the duvet cover was thin, no top sheet on the bed - the pillows were old and the covers were stained. A busy hotel like this one could stand to invest in some up dates.

I was able to check in at a very late hour. It was convenient as it is just a 2 minute walk to the airport. Being so close to the airport I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was.

Comfortable spacious room. Non of the above fit the category for me for question 2. Difficult to see Holiday Inn Express from airport. I went to Holiday express first and then wound my way through a carpark and had to back track because of rental car company surrounding fence.

The service was great. The guy on reception (MIchael) was just so helpful and so friendly. I wish more hotels had staff like him. I would recommend your hotel on the strength of his attitude. No complaints.. A suggestion maybe,, can you put a tea/coffee service in the rooms? Not worried about a mini bar but tea/coffee would be nice.

Enjoyed the quality and especially the convience of it's closeness to Glasgow airport.I was surprised how quiet it was, so close to the airport and with good air supply, not stuffy caused by closed double glased windows. Good TV. Only real fault I could find was that I could not find a sign pionting to it from the airport. Of course the Holiday Inn was visible, but HI Express was not when I stood outside that airport.

Once I found the hotel it was fine. Problems finding via Sat Nav - post code led to Hilton. The reception, eating area felt unwelcoming - not the staff.

We were disabled passengers from Lanzarotte. The disabled guides said that they were not able to go to the American Express as they were not insured to take the wheel chairs onto the road, but they let us off at the bus stop and we walked down the covered way. This needs to be sorted out - as there were others in a similar position.

Without exception the staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Having to share a room with my dad but that's not really your fault! There is nothing I didn't like about Holiday Inn Express Glasgow Airport.

Key card entry system. Found it inoperable and had to resort to Reception Staff having to use secondary key card to gain access despite the original card being "re-swiped" by the Front Desk Staff. Much prefer a key entry system
