We choose it mainly because it is within walking distance of the O2 and easy to get to via undergroung or river.

It was basic with a touch of luxury. I.w choice of pillow, big tv. Rooms quite spacious.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was so close to the o2 arena where we were seeing a concert. The check-in and check-out process was very efficient and straightforward. The room was comfortable with plenty space for our things. We also really liked the self-service breakfast in the morning, which was tasty and convenient.

The air conditioning in the room was very cold - but once we turned it off completely, the room became more bearable.

We arranged to see a concert in the O2. This hotel was very close to the venue so we could walk. We also visited Greenwich Park by bus and found the help the staff gave was really helpfull. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and would return every time we are going in this direction. We also had evening meals and breakfast, the choices being of great value. Fully recommended!

Its a nice hotel very handy for the o2.(2nd visit) Its very comfortable and the staff are friendly and prifesional.

I found the room a bit cold (Air con and the4 mix of awful weather made the room a little less snug than it could have been.) I know Holiday inn express cant be blamed for the weather.lol

I don't remember being offered double or twin room - we had a twin but would have preferred a double.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great location for O2 which is why we chose it. Good transport system within easy walking distance. Good value for money. I would definetly recommend it.

Hotel was neat, tidy and ideally situated for the o2. It was comfortable and quiet. A very enjoyable trip.

Would have preferred having a few more teabags and sugars in the room.

Close to the o2

It was convenient for the o2 exhibition site within 15 minutes walk. The hotel has its own parking and there are some restaurants nearby, again within a few minutes' walk.

Mainly the beds are too narrow for two people to sleep comfortably and when selecting the beds to use the company has opted for hardness rather than support. The hard mesh-top narrow small-double beds gave us a seriously miserable night and the second night when one of us used the bed and the other used the Put-U-Up weren't much better. We both awoke tired and aching and anything but ready for the day. If you like Premier Inn beds then you may like these, but I would be surprised. The Reception staff said the rooms are due for refurbishment. Not before time as far as the beds are concerned. If they had had memory foam toppers available it would have helped but they didn'T. The quilt covering the bed was very thin and there was no extra bedding in the room. We could have asked for more but we didn't know we would need more until it was too late to ask. The breakfast is described as "Continental of the Booking confirmation. Usually this includes a selection of cold meats as well as boiled eggs. Neither was available and there was only one choice of processed cheese. There were sausages and tired scrambled eggs but several cereals and fruits so a reasonable breakfast was possible although the self serving area was small a chaotically arranged.
