Location was excellent for the O2 and there was ample parking at a very reasonable cost

staff let me print out boarding pass from thier computer.

Good closeness to the o2 arena. Nice bar and complimentary breakfast. Good price.

Location was good, just what I needed

The breakfast was terrible..... 'Hot food' was cold and tasted horrible. Shame about the food as the hotel was very nice.

Parking cost

Beds were comfy, Room was really clean and spacious.

We were staying here for a night as going to the nearby o2 arena, however when arriving back at the hotel at 1.30am we were stopped and asked what room number we were in in quite an abrupt manner as if they assumed we were atempting to sneak into the hotel! Also at breakfast there was a large security man who seamed to be lingering around our table and it made me feel quite uncomfortable. Overall the staff were not the friendliest although in London this does often seem to be the case.

Check in was very good. We were able to leave our car in the car park and go to our event as we were very early and our room wasn't ready. When we returned we were able to go to our room as it was ready then. Room was fine, but cold, however we asked for a heater and it was bought to our room within five minutes. Room was clean and tidy, and fine for our party of 4 people. I travelled with my three children 14, 7 and 5 the room was a double with sofa bed, and we had more then enought room. We used the bar in the evening and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast the next day was very good, and value for money. I would use the hotel again.

Very close to the 02 arena. Its about a 10 minute walk, to park your car at the hotel is reasonable as well, only costing £5

The room was very cold, the vents in the window let a draft in which couldn't be stopped, there is an air conditioning unit which blows out warm air, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the English winter. I ended up having to sleep in 3 layers, and I don't usually feel the cold!

Location-close to 02 for concert, good service at bar, good view from room, easy to park.

2 inch hole in middle of bed sheet, not great selection of food for breakfast, shower curtain was not long enough to stay inside shower tray, shower water pressure not great, could not get sufficient heat from heater, lights could not make room bright enough if required.

The location to the o2 is excellent 10 minute walk with long legs.

Air con in the room only made it cooler ,not good when its freezing outside,key cards for the lift can be anoying,sometimes they work sometimes they dont.
