Location very close to the o2 arena, clean and comfortable. Unfriendly, unapproachable staff that were often rude and disinterested. |

It served the purpose for going to the O2 Arena - the staff were efficient and friendly and I liked the idea of swiping room card for access via lifts. Late evening snacks, not just coffee and cake. It would have been better if crackers and prepacked cheese (or something similar) had been available. |

The price exploits the proximity to the O2 rather than reflecting the service offered. For example, offering a DIY continental breakfast only, at the price being charged. Also given the O2 is still a 20 minute walk away at the rates charged, couldn't the hotel offer a shuttle service? The hotel seems careworn despite it being a relatively new build. For example, having only one of two lifts working over a busy weekend made getting to and from the room very tedious. So much so, that staff directed us to the service lifts. For future trips to the O2 I will catch the Thames Clipper back to Central London and stay in far superior hotels at much less cost. |

The hotel was only a 10/15 minute walk from the O2 Arena which was why we stayed there. Breakfast was fine - good choice. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Felt it was a bit over-priced compared to other HIE hotels we've stayed in before. This is presumably London prices! Also, one of the lifts wasn't working and the other was quite slow. |

It was an excellent hotel staying at when attending a concert in the O2-arena. The breakfast was suberb! The smell of cigarette smoke in our hotel room. |

clean facilities, friendly staff, close to O2 and nice location close to thames. Pretty good. for £150, expected more. Room was very basic, surprised that we had what appeared to be a disabled room which made it feel less of a 'treat' than one would expect for £150. No room service and no local restaurants or shops so went to bed starving after concert at O2 |

Breakfast was very good. Room had everything we needed eg, Hairdryer, Kettle, Towels. Felt safe as you couldnt use the lift or stairs without using your swipe card. Staff very friendly, and everything was very clean and tidy. |

We stayed at this hotel when we visted the O2 Arena to see Britney Spears. It is in an ideal position as it is within walking distance to the Arena (about 15/20 mins) we found it to be very clean and the staff very helpfull we would definatley use it again the next time we go to the O2. The only downfall we came across, when we ordered a taxi at reception the car (not a black cab) that collected us was disgusting and the driver was so smelly!! (although it was raining, we had to have both windows open the entire journey) and it was not until we were inside we realised there was no meter, he tried to rip us off when we arrived at the airport by asking us for £40! |

I thought that the brochure description of the hotal was misleading. It was not 5 mins away form the O2 staduim, more like 20. There was nothing else around the hotel which added to the rather bleak and depressing atmosphere. One of the lifts did not work and it took ages for the other to come. |
