Good location for the O2 easy walking distance. Rooms are a good standard for an overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff
The bed wasn't that comfy and the air con didn't work very well.
An easy 15 minute walk from The O2 Arena and North Greenwich tube station. Clean and comfy rooms. No problems sleeping, quiet. Dual bathroom door so you can still access the bathroom facilities when somebody is using the toilet. Luggage storage available after checkout. Good choice at breakfast, however I feel there could of been more hot food options.
The bar prices are expensive, the same price you would pay in central London, but without the city atmosphere! The bar menu is limited, and is expensive for what they offer! Only worth staying at this hotel if you are attending an event at The O2 or in the North Greenwich area, it is too far out for visiting tourist attractions in central London.
near to the 02 near to tube
stairs to check in?? noisy people in the hotel room oposite(had to call reception early morning) no bacon
Very pleased with the attitude of the staff.
Overall a good hotel in good location for O2
Breakfast not great could offer more options for cooked breakfast not just sausages beans which were cold and sloppy scrambled egg.
Quality for the money. I expected it to be a little run down (paint work decor etc) but was pleasantly surprised at how clean and upto date it was. Especially for what we paid! Perfect location for The 02, walking distance, no late night tubes needed. But we would stay again even if not visiting the 02, but for generally staying in London shopping/sight seeing. Lovely touch of having a chiller in lobby for sweets and drinks. All at reasonable prices. Perfect for late night snack after an event at the 02. Recommend highly
Nice clean hotel, rooms basic but ok for short stays
Breakfast not so good, very limited choice.
Very good location for the O2 and underground station. Ideal for what we needed it for.
Could be more choice at breakfast.
I love the privacy it offered. I also love the breakfast, there were good options available. Staff were friendly and willing to help.
I wish it was located around the high streets. This would have made shopping a lot easier. Though, it does not change my desire to visit again.
I liked the bar was open most of the night so when we got back late we could have a drink and loved the breakfast .
We didn't like some of the staff didn't speak good English and we couldn't understand them! And the room was okay for a nights stay a bit expensive as I thought hit would of been nicer than that
Room, convenience, overall efficiency.
Paying for parking, small breakfast serving area.
Excellent helpful staff. Very good location of the hotel. Good size room.
No bacon available at breakfast. Traffic noise all through the night.
Near the venue.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient buses to North Greenwich. Choice of pillows. Secure luggage storage.
Busy road noise with window open.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy rooms.
We were given a family room, double bed ensuite plenty of room to bring in mobility scooter. Lift from entry good. Breakfast choice good.
Floor of wet room slippery when used. Husband unsteady on feet, I had to put down towels to stop him slipping as tiles slippery when wet. Position of grip rail under shower head, difficult to access when getting up from plastic seat, not enough angle to assist standing. especially whilst wet. No access if disabled person on scooter wanted to choose food from counters. Would have to ask for assistance to get drinks and food to table.
Location was great . Easy parking. Simply but great quality breakfast. Cleanliness excellant.
We liked the cleanliness of the hotel, with the friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed in central London many times, this time and to coincide with the Tall Ships Regatta we stayed at this hotel in North Greenwich, it was simply an ideal choice, if you are looking for 5 star quality you won't find it at this hotel but you will not be disappointed either.
Rooms facing the Thames are noisy at night with traffic flows from the main road close by, problem is if you close window, and use A/C, then that is also noisy.
staff very helpful
breakfast not enough choice price of food in restauruant. parking fee with no guarantees
Staff were superb, nothing too much trouble, rooms were spotless, two comfy pillows too:-) location brilliant. Breakfast was perfect. Deffinatley use this Hotel again.
breakfast was far better than expected with both hot and cold selection. Staff genuinely personable and helpful.
barrier failed to open twice during one night stay but help button was quickly answered by hotel staff.
It was a pick up point for expat tours
The reason for staying here was for the convenience of location.
The free wifi was painfully slow, hopeless in fact, I think they make it that way so you have to upgrade to a higher speed fee paying wifi!
Easy to get to, easy check in- great ice machine , great on site parking and a nice walk down the river to the 02 arena friendly help full staff comfy bed- great choice of cold foods at breakfast quick service when breakfast staff clearing tables and plates .
Rooms very basic no pictures on the walls a bit depressing decor I was dissappointed- the rooms didn't reflect the price I paid -breakfast hot foods under stocked waiting for top up on beans and eggs,
