Superbly located for attendance at concerts in the o2 arena. Good, clean hotel that was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. There was no free wifi in the bedrooms (when we tried to pay, it "took" our money but then didn't work). Even the free wifi in the lounge area never worked either. I also wasn't made aware that the hotel was part of the IHG. I just happened to notice afterwards so as I collect points, I've had to go back and claim them retrospectively.

Close to the 02 where we were seeing Pink. Friendly helpful staff. Great choice for breakfast. Ample parking. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Noisey guests (but thats not the hotels fault!).

Excellent location. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms very comfy and breakfast wonderful. No free Wi-Fi in rooms. Could not make an outside Telephone-call from my room.

We were going to the 1D concert in the 02 Arena and the hotel could not have been better located. Easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Would not hesitate to book again. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The staff were fantastic. I broke my foot and they couldn't have been more supportive. The access for crutches was brilliant. There was a limited choice on breakfast.

The location of the hotel as it was close to the o2. We booked a double room for one night, and on arrival were told no more double rooms were available and allocated a twin room. This was not what I booked, & all there response was the hotel is fully booked. The room was was not clean with blonde clumps of hair all over the floor, I'm guessing they do no Hoover the carpets. The double glazing windows did not diminish the sound of passing traffic, which was constant all night due to the hotel being on a main road. Overall I was not partially impressed with the hotel, especially as we have stayed here previously and our stay was much more pleasant.

The place was stylish and clean, very moderne and rooms very nice... Staff very friendly and nice. Breakfast could have been better. Lovely fruit, croissant selections. But on the menu they said English breakfast, which was very poor! Only sauage, beans and scrambled egg! Think there could have been more chose.

Stayed for one night for the Beyonce concert at 02,the hotel was perfect for this.Also parked the car no trouble and very reasonably priced at £7 for the 24 hours we were there,caught the tube into London and had a lovely day shopping before returning for the concert.Slept well and had a lovely breakfast in morning with plenty of choice.Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very helpful with directions and letting me check in early. It was very noisy in the hotel. From very early in the morning there was lots of banging inside the hotel that woke me up.
