Staff were very friendly and the bar stays open late.Transport system to get you from a to b and beyond was great.Ideal for business men/woman with a decent breakfast to set you on your way. Whilst the rooms were comfortable ,the unsound proofed rooms left nothing to the imagination,every bedroom antic could be heard in the corridors well before one neared the doors of the bedrooms where the activities were taking place,as there were young children and young adult girls staying at the hotel at the time this was totally inappropriate and embaressing for families to say the least.So not suitable for families or people with high morals!!

Nice, clean, quiet room. Decent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff members. Weird lighting in room. Slight gap in window so some noise from outside. Sink taps need to be changed as they are like a shower and water sprays everywhere. Apart from these slight issues, no real complaints and I would recommend if someone was visiting like me.

Nice all inclusive breakfast, comftable and relaxing bar Quite a noisy air conditioning unit and also slight dirt marks on the wall and carpet are the only negatives I had.

Hotel staff very polite and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Evening meals or bar snacks are only available from Monday to Thursday, inconvenient when you are there at the weekend.

Location: The location was excellent because I have family in that area, shop's right next door to it. Staff: Only the reception staff were really nice and made us feel welcome when we got there. 1. No late bar in hotel. 2. Breakfast was really bad. 3. Room looked poorly, nothing up to date in it. (Room did look clean but very poorly. 4. There was towels in the room only for one person.

I chose this hotel because it was listed as the closest hotel to White Hart Lane (Tottenham's football stadium), but its actually not close whatsoever. I had to take a taxi to the stadium and it was a 20 minute drive. Plus there are no metros near the hotel, only busses. The hotel is fine, but unless you have a specific reason for staying in that location, youre better off getting another hotel

the staff were very helpful, the kettle in room did not work but a new one was brought very quickly. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good. The water in the shower was not very warm

I liked the fact every time we went out, when we came back the room was cleaned. Also the staff we very friendly and gave us what we needed (extra blankets and sheets and ironing board). The breakfast was good. The room had a good view. Just one guy at the desk who needs to learn how to serve customers, he wasn't very customer oriented. And also just the mattress needs to be changed I believe, not firm enough.

it was surprisingly quiet, good hot water.the shower is great! bed may be at the end of its life(almost) but still slept well enough. i like a spare blanket to be handy as i feel the cold, and there was not one.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted,just a clean bed for the night. However, our room was ant ridden in the bathroom,which i did report to the reception. The clientele were a very noisy bunch and the corridors always busy with loud returning travellers,not much chance of a peaceful nights sleep.

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 2 year old son at the hotel. The continental breakfast was brilliant with lots of fresh food. Our room was nice and comfortable and well sound proofed from the tube which went pass the back of the hotel.
