The cleanliness and size of the room

the dirty plates and cutlery on the floor outside the room opposite for hours and hotel staff just walked past it. Plus the room service pizza was smaller and very expensive considering it was just out of a chicago town box. I can't have a lot of tomato and they didn't advise the crust was stuffed with tomato sauce.

Very clean and well maintained. Good selection of food for breakfast and evening meals. Convenient location if heading from the North.

Trip into the centre of London takes about 40 mins.

Good connection to London city - 30 mins by bus and underground is quite ok. Also connection to Stansted airport was fair. Friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast Free wifi in the lobby area

We use this hotel frequently as it's very convenient for our purposes and good value for money. The staff are always very helpful.

We had a problem with the room (145) temperature. The room was very cold and the heating system did not work. We spoke to a member of staff who agreed the system was not working but was unable to do anything about it because they were unable to get access to it - the 'maintenance keys' were unavailable?

Breakfast, limited in room tea/coffee supplies. Our room also had an electrical fault, so light flashed repeatedly througout the night.

- 2 separated beds - there was a group in the hotel and these people were making a lot of noise in the corridor whereas it was 10.30pm.

reliable standard and easy access from north circular/ M25 close to family

NOISE the young girls staying next door and opposite , running around talking loudly door banging etc., then 3rd night noise from family - shouting at gone midnight.

It is in a convenient location for our needs.

We had booked a twin, but they had obviously given our room to someone else as we arrived quite late. Luckily we were OK with a double room. When we stayed in December it cost £40 per night. This week it cost £80 per night.

Kind staff, very helpfull. Relaxing atmosfeer. Good services. Compleet breakfast. Fine bar, open untill late.

For a continental breakfast it was good. The hot element of beans, bangers and scrambled eggs was much appreciated.

Just the location - the six lane road was a bit close.

It was a HI Express - you get what you expect. Clean, comfortable but all very basic

Heating and cooling all by a blower on the wall so noisy on a chilly night

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Brekkie was OK too. Lots of parking available but quite close to bus route also.

I knew the standard would be high it being a HIExpress and....it was Breakfast Free Parking
