The apartment was very clean, and bed comfortable. Equipped self-catering facilities.

We called many times before being able to reach the owner when we arrived at the property. There was no alternative other than to keep on ringing in the middle of the night while standing outside of the apartment. No toiletries, half a roll of toilet paper, half of the lights in the apartments were not functioning hence very dark in the evening. The neighbourhood may seem residential but at night there were some dodgy activities going on in the street. In the description a free parking is included in the price, but once when we returned to the property from a day out, we were told by someone that lives at the property to circle around for 15 minutes as he was fixing his car which took the space was designated to us. We ended up paying for off-street parking.

1- clean& comfortable 2- close to train station 7-10 min walking 3- you can prepare your food 4- well maintained apartment 5- good value for money.

1- there is no hair dryer as they mentioned 2- they enter in to the apartment while we are out side without asking for permission, but nothing was missing.

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Flat was well furnished and kitchen & bathroom finished to a good standard.

Hob and microwave were dirty on arrival as was a lot of the cutlery. 4 or 5 of the ceiling lights in most rooms were not working - bulbs needed replacing. Bath needs a shower curtain otherwise unpractical for showering. Need a plug in the kitchen sink. No toilet roll or tea-towels/dishcloths - these would normally be provided when self catering. Only 2 odd glasses were in the kitchen when we arrived (but were replenished when we asked for more).

It's a nice cozy place. You can do your cooking yourself. All the facilities are there. I however do think that this place is best suited for a family rather than a single person.

If you have a problem there is no one to contact. The day I was leaving, I saw a family standing outside. They had been standing outside for about an hour. They had arrived and no one was there to receive them. The number given wasn't working and they weren't responding to emails. It was dreadful for them.

Within 10 minute walk to train station. Manager was very helpful with train tips and letting us borrow his GPS and cell phone for the first day until we could buy new ones.

Property was not as advertised. Bedrooms were very small. No closet in 2nd BR. Bed was lumpy & had springs poking thru mattress. It was too small for more than 1 adult to sleep in. Kitchen had no microwave oven. Not enough guest parking. We had to pay to park in a garage 2 nights of our stay. Furniture in LR was old & uncomfortable. The place had a bad food odor that we couldn't get rid of.

The apartment is spacious and a lot of sunlight in the day time. The location is very convience. Railway station and supermarket are near by. I can have family washing in the house.

I hope a bigger pot and a tray can be provided, so that I can present my meal better.

Great Location, so easy to travel into central London. The perfect base for a weekend stay. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed. Extra bonus was the wifi and free parking! Thank you!

Could do with a couple of lamps or main lights on a dimmer so the room does not have to be dark or bright but can be somewhere in the middle. Not a major issue and would still stay here again!

All around was a lovely stay. Very clean and everything in walking distance that you could need

On the booking.com it states that parking possible (no reservation needed) on arriving we was told we couldn't park there so had to park in the NCP car park which cost £61 for 5 days. We feel this is false advirtisement. We only chose this as parking was free (so we thought)

Good location in central croyden, lovely flat with great facilities.

The only negative was that the location isn't signposted on the front of the property so you need to ring the owner for access

Newly renovated apartment, nicely furnished, lawn garden with terrace, only 7 min. walk from Station Coydon East,

Poor Mattresses, too soft and you feel the springs, directly located beside the railway tracks, can't open windows due to noise by trains in the night, lightning in bathroom too dark for shaving

    comfortable living room. clean.

when we arrived at the apartment, no staff came even we ringed the bell. the guy living this apartment happened to back home so we somehow got into. i have no idea what had happened if he hadnt been there. also while i stayed, another customer had problem with their apartment(no wifi, no electricity..) but they couldnt reach the owner, just connected to automatic machine. if these were not happen, this apartment is good to stay.

The apartment we had was clean and suited our requirements

We only had 1bath towel & 1 hand towel each for 5 days, the shower flooded the floor when in use as there was no screen or curtain, there was no DVD player,no microwave ,very little kitchen utensils ,no cleaning materials ie dustpan & brushall these small things ad up,it seems to us that the owners don't take any notice of clients reviews as all the above points +more have been posted before

Very clean and adequately furnished with good amount of space. Good quality washing machine. Provided basic cleaning equipment which was handy. Staff polite and helpful. No stairs which was great with children and luggage.

Have to keep blinds closed for privacy as close to road. Shower needs screen. Would appreciate a microwave and clothes horse for hanging clothes. Very small towels and no hand soap in bathroom. No handles on the front doors makes them hard to open by yourself!

Location, cleanliness, furnishings were all excellent. Staff involvement kept to a minimum but were on call if required. Very good value for money. 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station and 15 minute train journey to Victoria. Excellent shopping facilities in Croydon also.

Top appartment was very hot (early August). Upon arrival was charged an additional £60 for 4th person, even though I had queried this at time of booking and was told it was already included in price. However still was good value for money, even so.

Great location: 5-min walk to East Croydon station from which you are at the London city centre in 15 min - just perfect option; The apartment is spacious and newly repaired, thus it is perfectly clean; Good internet; washing machine; Friendly host; All basic things are available, but still may be improved for more comfort :-)

The apartment is fresh after repair, so don't expect plenty of furniture or many kitchen utensils etc. We found an iron, but no ironing board, washing machine is nice, but no draining rack, besides 2 benches at the dining table, no chairs at all. Bring your kitchen towels and sponge. Nice spacious bathroom, but no curtain, so the water after your shower (no hose) is all around.. All these things are not critical at all, especially when you are out for the whole day and also eat out, this is just to note or for the host to improve :-)

Very spacious ground floor flat with great decor and generous cupboard space. Extremely comfortable and stylish sofas, chair and beds (including sofa bed which was the best I've ever used) Nicely fitted bathroom with rain water shower and bath. Generously sized good quality towels. Good sized fridge and freezer in kitchen. Access to garden. East Croydon Station within walking distance for trips to London. Friendly owner/staff Would recommend. All the family- granny, mum, children aged 9 & 6 loved it.

Lack or tourist info - taxi telephone numbers, local doc etc - a basic list in the kitchen or on dining table would have been good. Kitchen: No tea towels. No J cloth and only used sponge/scourer. General lack of pots and pans & kitchen utensils, no cruet or milk jugs etc. Knives not sharp enough to cut carrots etc. However we mostly ate out or bought ready to heat food so not a major prob. Patio doors not closing properly so could not use in case we could not lock when going out /at night. Some maintenance to door strips on floor spoiled an otherwise lovely flat.

Lovely place for our holiday. Location was excellent,an easy walk to East Croydon station then 20 mins to London centre and the tram to Wimbledon. Flat was comfortable and nicely appointed, worked reasonably well for our family. Although I have a couple of negative comments I would still really recommend the flats and I would gladly stay at them again.

Although for the most part the flat was great to make it even better for families that stay longer than a long weekend there are a few things that I would like to see done,a shower curtain installed,a dustpan & brush, tea towels and access to a clothes line. The biggest negative was the constant door banging from lower floor, hoping that was a temporary problem!
