Very friendly and accomodating takes pride in customer service
Food was excellent, room lovely, bed very comfortable, everyone was very friendly
There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.
That it was very close to town and the room was very spacious
Liked the easy going atmosphere. Staff welcoming and friendly, especially Carlos.
Room a bit too small for a family, and not really suitable for people with disabilities.
Location was great, not to far from the beach and activities. Cleanliness, friendly staff.
would go back again close to everything suprised we got free parking but it must be pre booked and not garanteed breakfast plenty of choice and not to early. mixed ages and different groups all friendly
Upon meeting the staff on arrival we had a sincere friendly greeting from all staff. The room being on the top floor was not good for my Fathers breathing difficulties, they were happy and forthcoming to have us stay in a room closer to the ground floor. Our entire stay was for 1 week, and every day they would ask if we need anything for our room, like fresh linen, tea coffee. They have a parking facilities and let us park there the entire week free of charge. If you have a car, make sure you tell them at the time of booking that you require parking, as they are too happy to help accommodate you. One guest in particular, i witnessed had not mentioned his parking needs and expected it on arrival. The owners of the hotel paid their friend over the road in another hotel for the use of their car parking, to accommodate this guest. They bent over backwards to arrange this. I think that is going above and beyond a customers expectations in my eyes, and is a great example of how to make you feel welcome and therefore making your stay in this Hotel a pleasurable experience. The FREE breakfast was all locally selected produce and the quality shone through. Nice clean comfy room but on the top floor so a lot of stairs to climb but also quiet for the same reason. Large room with plenty of space.
No parking space despite requesting one on booking.com! It cost me £20 to park for 2 days and not close to the hotel as all the car parks were full when we arrived on Saturday.
after staying in Blackpool a few times before i didn't have high hopes or expectations but we were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was much better than the pictures and very clean and all the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Nice central position, very nice hosts, pleasant bar area and made very welcome as soon as you check in. Also very comfortable rooms and a really good buffet breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.
very friendly and welcoming . very helpful and accommodating , good size bedroom with lovely view of the tower
as we were on the top floor and there isn't a lift , climbing lots of stairs to go to our room was tiring plus hard work with our luggage
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, location.
Staff were friendly breakfast was good.
Fan in room next door was on all night and even though we mentioned it the fan only went off on the 3rd night. Room was small for 3.
Breakfast was generous and tasty, served by pleasant staff.Shower was excellent.Staff went out of their way to reserve us a parking space.
Music in the bar was far too loud and kept us all awake till 1.30am.Towel rail and loo roll holder both fell off!
Excellent price excellent breakfast good location staff very friendly clean rooms etc what more do you want shame most of other parts of Blackpool dont follow lead
Distance to beach and attractions good price clean rooms and bathrooms nice staff free car park
in summer time air-condition or good fan will be nice for make rooms cooler.
Stayed for one night and couldn't have done anymore, Tiny rooms not very clean, cups in room were filthy still everything at the hotel is very dated like something out of the seventies even the crockery looks like it's 30 years old, which wouldn't be a problem but again it's not very clean. I suppose it was cheap and you get what you pay for, won't be back though
This hotel is so central. With very friendly staff. And a great full breakfast. Thanks for a great stay in Blackpool.
Room comfy and clean, hotel was a good central base. Friendly staff,
Breakfast was very good Free parking Very professional staff Good value for money
Would be disappointed if I have paid 300£ per night
Location - close to town Friendly staff
Loud dance mash-ups (!) played in the communal area (and heard from our room on the second floor), from early in the morning until late at night Dirty towels Broken towel rail and shelf in bathroom Uncomfortably soft beds
felt welcomed. breakfast excellent and they couldn't be more friendly.
