Fairhaven Hotel

we stayed last weekend for a hen do and I can honestly say the owner Wayne and his partner Gary could not have been more hospitable and attentive even at 5.00am! very lively spot excellent breakfast clean comfy rooms in a great central location excellent value for money perfect for what we were looking for Warning- Not for the shy and retiring .

Staff were top class made you feel welcome! Nice location! Very clean! Nice breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

Beer was flat!

Brilliant night, room was nice and clean, staff really friendly and Wayne the owner was amazing had a really good laugh with him Rah, Rah, Rah lol. Will definitely be returning but for more than one night next time

It was really close to the town which was really good as everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. Rooms were spotless and couldn't fault them at all. Would highly recommend :)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, everyone was really friendly especially Wayne and Gary, it's in a great location for the Opera House and the shopping centre with a car park as well.

Beds were very comfy & staff were very welcoming & helpful.

Shower pressure wasn't great.

Comfy beds! Very clean room. Easy walking to town centre & beach. Fantastic, friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming!! Time of breafast was changed to suit us and they even supplied us with brollies when it started to snow!

A bit tight on space to put suitcases and not much storage for clothes.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable no dips in the mattress. Decent breakfast and staff were efficient and friendly.

Saff were friendly and helpful and rooms were very nice and clean beds were very comfy

we enjoyed everything from our rooms to our brecky

The owners the place it was great,we were made to feel welcome from walking in.they even put my car in the back yard.go you will love it,see you again soon!...oh they even fed our friends and they were staying in another hotel.. Good breakfast,loads to eat kenny.chris

Nothing it was all good

Location was excellent.

Carpet in bedroom was very dated and worn.

The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly. It was very centrally located and we had free parking.

the hotel was clean, warm and staffs were very friendly.

Our bed was on legs which meant when you moved so did the bed...

owner made no effort to control very noisy guests which resulted in us getting no sleep one night . offered us no oppology did not even talk to us about it. he seemed to be as drunk as the yong adults making the noise.

We had a great time at the Fairhaven, it was clean & relaxing with good facilities. Breakfast was very good. The bar was superb & Wayne the landlord was a great laugh Rah Rah Rah. You need to stay there to know what I mean, but I will definitely be going back.

It was a good clean comfortable hotel to stay over in. It was close to the beach and the Tower, shops and all amusements. The staff were friendly the food was excellent, we liked the fact that it was a buffet style all English Breakfast where you could chose what you wanted to eat. The carpets could all do with replacing but everything else was great.
