Nice friendly staff Clean room Good breakfast Parking space
No hot water in shower
Location was excellent. Car parking available. Breakfast great but a little too early finishing. The only slot was 9-9.30.
They said that payment would not be taken from card until arrival but they had already taken the payment prior to our arrival.
location. good breakfast, friendly staff,
pillows too hard
The staff were brilliant and very helpful. They were vegetarian aware which is always good. They upgraded us on arrival. An excellent experience.
The 4 flights of stairs but worth it for the view.
Staff. West Rock steak house serves great steaks with, once again, friendly staff.
One of the only redeeming features was the staff. Although clean the property is in need of refurbishment. The wi-fi was almost non-existant during our stay and were told it was usually very good! Running out of bacon and sausages at breakfast was a first time event for me! Tried to book another hotel but all the good ones were full, would have forfeited the money to move.
You could see the top of the tower. My kids just wanted to see the ballroom and trams, just like there Dad did when he was young. Which was fabulous.
Broken curtains, very old stained carpets, decor and furnishings dated, tap so close to sink you could hardly wash, could go on. All the hotels in the area look the same! Old fashioned maybe that's the appeal for some.
Hotel being so close to amenities and all in good walking distance. Fab breakfast & service. Will stay again in near future . Recommend it
Just a few noisy latecomers but that's to be expected ! I'm only jealous lol
We in joyed are stay the staff was lovely and the sausages was realy nice as well
It was In the right place for what we needed to do. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.
There was not a lot of room in the bedroom or toilet but the room was clean, but the stairs smelt a musty
As soon as we opened the door we could smell cigarette smoke, even the bedrooms smelt. Once we had unpacked and came down to the bar area we realised why the staff where in the kitchen smoking. The next morning at breakfast the staff served breakfast in the same clothing they had worn the day before to check us in avoid like the plague.
It was a small room, very tired decor, no hair dryer in the room. Very noisy.
The staff were great worked very hard and you were right in the heart of blackpool .breakfast was ok and parking was a bonus. The bar was good to .
Hotel was a bit dingy ,room was very small with a sink in it and just a rail to hang your clothes on.Thought it was overpriced for what you got .
Staff very helpful Room clean and comfy
Toilet too close to sink
Wayne and staff were great very welcoming great breakfast great location comfy bed liked that we could get free parking on site we would stay here again
Nothing to add here
Nothing bad I could say had good 2 night stay
The handling of the booking was very poor indeed
Right on the promenade a refreshing walk from the tower and all the hussle and bussle of the arcades/ shops etc. right on the beach for walks and the illuminations. We had such a great stay and the staff could not be more helpful. They were so attentive to every thing and extremely keen to please and make sure the children were well looked after. I highly recommend this hotel for young and old. Plus the jacuzzi and pool were great ! Gillian from Kingston
There was nothing to not like. The staff were great. The facilities were great. The bar staff and waiters could not be more helpful. No bad bits for us at all.
Location is within easy reach of all North Shore facilities and amenities.
Last minute circumstances resulted in trying to change the booking to a bigger room to include my husband as I had booked for my granddaughter and myself. Despite trying to contact the Fairhaven both by myself and Booking.com for almost two hours no-one answered so we set off in any case and took the chance. (Apparently they don't answer the phone!). They were able to accommodate our changes for the first night, but very cramped the second (however, no extra charges were incurred). My car space was not available, despite booking it and I had to park further afield. Buffet breakfast was OK, seemed better the second morning. Typical mediocre Blackpool accommodation in need of a lick of paint... (you never know what to expect!!). However, it didn't spoil our fun and we had a great time at Blackpool.
Very clean hotel in a very good location, bed must have been comfy as we all slept like a log , would book to stay hear again.
We have stayed in a few B&B's around Blackpool and this is by far the best one. Great location, friendly atmosphere, brilliant value for money and facilities are modern.
Hotel was very busy but staff still very helpful able to park at the hotel thank you
Location was very convenient for our needs & parking included was a massive bonus! Staff did everything to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable - thank you!
Brilliant staff & a great warm welcome & very hospitable. All the staff could not do enough for us all in our party.
very warm in hotel a little too much for my liking
For the money we paid it was really good value.
