The bathroom was very nice and recently refurbished. The hotel bar is spacious and great to relax in or have a game of pool or darts. The breakfast times (served 9am til 9.45am) could be better, especially for customers with young children who wake at the crack of dawn. Our bedroom needed refurbishing, very dated and dark. |

Staff were pleasent and helpful and hotel was in a good location,bed was comfy.the food was good. Bathroom was a little on the small side and the room smelt of damp we opened the windows and it was fine,the bar was closed to early. |

Staff very friendly,polite and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and tidy food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Was value for money very enjoyable stay will visit again |

We had a wicked time at the fairhaven hotel. Gary and Wayne were brilliant and had a good laugh with them. Breakfast was nice too. We will be back! Everyone seemed very friendly and up for a laugh. Breakfast to be served later? |

Das Hotel war preisgünstig und nahe am Rebellion Festival gelegen. Das angegebene Wireless-LAN war nicht vorhanden. Das Servicepersonal bestand aus einer Person. Diese Frau Wies uns die Zimmer zu, kochte und reinigte die Zimmer. Zumindest wurde unseres nie geputzt, einzig und alleine wurden wir im Treppenhaus gefragt, ob wir neue Tücher benötigen. Diese lagen dann auch auf dem nicht gemachten Bett, die alten Tücher waren jedoch auch noch da. Das Frühstück war auch nicht wirklich gut. Es wurde alles gekocht und am Buffet platziert. Das lauwarme Essen wurde von dann von der Putze unfreundlich auf den Teller gelegt. Ein zweites mal durfte erst dann geholt werden, wenn alle bereits gegessen haben, da es sonst nicht reichen könnte. Eine Saussage von mir war zu hart um verschnitten zu werden. Warscheinlich werden die nicht gegessenen Würste einfach wiedergekoc |
