This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Modern bedrooms have high speed internet access, flat-screen digital TVs, and extensive room service. (Please kindly note to enjoy full use of our pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas, thermal suite, and spa relaxation areas there is an upgrade fee). Fairlawns has 9 acres of landscaped grounds, and free parking with CCTV. It is well-placed for Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and northern Birmingham. The NEC is 40 minutes away.
