Was warm and beds were comfortable
Shower was tiny and carpets very dirty, few holes in doors and walls aswell
Beds were very comfy. Showers were very clean. Good car parking.
The "night staff"/doorman/bouncer who "guards" the door after 10pm was a nightmare. Me and friends were no louder than any of the other guests. Either way, we really shut up after he complained about the so called noise. However, even with just the tv on he continued to threaten I call the police to the point where me and my friends felt like we were staying in more of a prison than a hotel.
nice and helpful staff, superb location
the room was quite small
The value for money is great. I paid £23.50 for my room, which I thought was a brilliant deal. Room was immaculate albeit tired, bathroom was also immaculate bar a loose floor tile.
The double bed had two single mattresses pushed together on top of the frame, there are no extra locks on the doors, so I didn't feel as secure as I would have liked, especially when the couple next door were awake all night and screaming at the top of their lungs having a full blown row at 3am. There was also about a two inch gap between the floor and the bedroom door. The entire hotel is very tired, the decor, facilities, half of the plug sockets didn't work and the curtains were half falling off the rail. It needs major updating.
the hotel its self was excellent value for the price we payed, the guy on reception when we arrived was very welcoming, very clean room.tea coffee facillities, nice ensuit all you need really.
our only grumble was the bed having two single mattresses which was pretty uncomfortable, and probably the worsts nights sleep we have had in a hotel due to the people in the next room or where ever having their television on ALL night which work us up every hour!!!!
Staff Size of room
The hotel was very good value for money great location.staff were very good helpful and friendly, the room was good to,will come here again
Friendly staff , clean room
The £5 car park charge! Should be free if staying at the hotel.
Going to sleep
Un proffesional attitude of the reception I would say probably he holds the most important position in the hotel
Havudsigt og tæt på centrum Sea view and close to town centre
Hele hotellet virkede beskidt med plettede og lappede tæpper. The hotel seamed dirty with stained and patched carpets and curtains.....1*
Quick book in, no fuss, efficient friendly staff, own key so come and go as you please with no waiting around, pleasant comfortable room, great location, couldn't ask for more.
friendly staff, spacious room, excellent location
cold low-pressure shower - barely could wash my hair, cold rooms, cracks on walls and chandelier, spots on carpet, double bed is actually made from two singles, which was very uncomfortable, paid parking
Liked my ensuite bathroom, with modern bathroom fittings and lashings of hot water for the bath! The bedroom was fairly clean /ok but needed a makeover.Small TV with poor sound quality, but good tea/coffee making facility.Staff were friendly and helpful, very close to town centre.
Room needed a makeover. Poor hanging space for clothes, not enough hooks and hangers.double bed was 2 singles put together - not so comfortable as a proper double bed. However, very good price and my stay was good value overall.
This hotel is basic but has everything you need , location was perfect as we was going to bonsai and was also close walking distance to the town, they have parking on site and the staff are all friendly, we got to check out an hour later which was amazing as one of the rooms we're faulty so they had to move downstairs , would defiantly recommend for groups, thanks for a nice stay
Disastrer. Never recomended
Noisy guests with to much alcohol .at 2am in the morning .
For the money I paid it was very good , had a good nights sleep only disturbed early one morning but not the hotels fault just inconsiderate guests :)
The big hill down to wither spoons ok going down but after a few beers kills you coming back :(
The night guard was horrible! He was very rude! I have stayed in fairmount before but this will be the last time
Bed comfortable. 1 minute to beach 3 minutes to town
No food on offer but very near local cafes and pubs offering food all day
Everything was just right and very good value!!
Location, easy walking distance from the beach and town centre
Right next to the conference centre.
the location to the town centre and the beach
maybe a breakfast facilitate having to go across the road for breakfast, having kids it would have been nice to have breakfast in the hotel, but Minor
loved the view from room 9
