A full English breakfast is included in the price, served between 08:00 and 10:00.
Lunch is only available if you book, and is served Wednesday to Saturday between 12:00 and 14:00. On Sunday’s we serve a traditional roast lunch, please reserve your table at reception. Every evening of the week we serve our award-winning 4-course, fixed price table d'hôte dinner, between 19:00 and 21:00. There is limited availability for tables, so please book in advance.
Unless stated on your booking document and at the time of booking, we cannot confirm or guarantee double or twin rooms.

Lyme Regis beach (5 miles) - Formed during the Jurassic period, the cliffs on this beach are well-known for housing fossils, some of which can be found among the rocks at the base of the cliffs. In December 2001, the Dorset and East Devon coast was awarded World Heritage Site status.

Staff and food and location. Vety peaceful. Good views. Location quite good Rooms noisy could hear people thru ceilings and walls. Bathrooms very basic. |

Lovely location , friendly and attentive staff and comfortable room. Some decoration inside could do with a facelift.There were some damp patches in our ensuite bathroom.Some carpet areas in the hotel were stained and need attention. |

The Hotel was very comfortable & well run. We were made to feel welcome at all times & any request was actioned immediately. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The evening meal was expensive but if only eating one night was fair . The hotel does not employ a full chef service the menu is the same every night & is very obviousley pre cooked food which we found very unsatisfactory. we would only recommend it for B&B |

Offered good old fashioned courtesy and attentive staff. Beautiful views from almost every window. Well prepared and expertly cooked food but menu changes were gradual rather than daily. However, certainly no complaints. Feeling that our room was starting to show its age - but we found it quite acceptable. |

the situation was lovely and it was very peaceful Evening Meal - I requested a light meal (ie: one plate) and was told it was the hotel's policy to only offer the Set menu, 3-courses £29.50 or 2 courses £22.50. So, we ate elsewhere. |

Reasonably clean. Location excellent for Lyme Regis. We had been looking forward to staying somewhere nice which was close enough to Lyme Regis. Exellent location as not far from Lyme Regis and first impressions of hotel and staff was very good. Downstairs rooms not too bad but awful stains on carpet in dining room/breakfast room which you noticed straight away. Nice hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful owners / staff. Dog friendly which was important to us with good dog walks nearby. Fantastic food with a good choice of wines. Gardens lovely. |

The Manager and all staff were cheerful, helpful and very attentive to our needs, without being intrusive or overwhelming. Food was excellent and service very slick. A great place to relax in. |

The food was excellent, if a bit minimalist. Notwithstanding the quality of the new bedlinen, the rooms themselves were outdated, very 1970's in style etc in dire need of a total makeover and I am sorry to say rather pokey. They did not justify the price charged and I hate to think what a standard room would have been like. |
