Everything about this B&B was first rate, very friendly, and helpfull owners. Room was very comfortable with lots of little extras provided. Breakfast very enjoyable. No hesitation in recommending, and I would be happy to return.

I would really recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking to spend some time in this pretty part of Suffolk. Linda and Tony (the owners) are lovely people and make you feel very welcome as well as a very comfortable room to relax in after a busy day out and about. We had a wonderful cooked breakfast each morning sitting in their bright conservatory overlooking their back garden. Would definitely return again if we are in the area. Nothing!

Very welcoming hosts. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Owners have gone to a lot of trouble to think of everything. Nice little touches everywhere from complimentary dweets and biscuits to magazines in room. Even wine glasses and a cork screw provided.

Linda & Tony the owners were very friendly & helpful. The room was very comfortable & the breakfast excellent. It is only a 10 to 15 mins walk into Oulton Broad & the park area which is lovely.

The welcome we received on arrival was very friendly. The room was well equipped with Tea, coffee, biscuits and even toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and rather a big portion, owners always on hand if we needed more! Shower cubical needs some mould attention! Light fitting in Bedroom needs de-cob webbing, this is only a minor observation and not in any way a criticism!

From the very first Lynn and Tony made us very welcome,we had the Honeysuckle suit which was clean and very comfortable with a very good shower en suit,our full english breakfast was delicious first class, there is no doubt we will stay again if in tha area. Rose and Les Folkestone Kent

A very comfortable room with an excellent en-suite and plenty of hot water.The hospitality tray was lavishley topped up each day with choccies and biscuits,as well as the usual tea ,coffee and drinking chocolate.Our hosts were attentive and friendly,without being intrusive,altogether a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hosts. Lots of extra touches, such as tissues, shower gel, umbrella, teatowel. generous with coffee in room. Clean and comfy bed Shower could do with updating, grouting mouldy. Noise from the busy main road
