Fairways (Silver Award 2007, 2008, July 2009)

Multi Silver-Award winning, Fairways is less than 800 metres from the seafront. We provide free car parking for our guests and are close to all the amenities in Torquay.

Fairways really allows you to explore the whole of Torbay to the full.

We have recently been awarded our 3rd consecutive '4 Star Silver Award' by the Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests.

We are ideally situated on the main route to the seafront and within easy access of all facilities, such as the Princess Theatre, Torre Abbey, Torquay's Shopping Centre and the picturesque thatched village of Cockington.

Light airy rooms have all been refurbished recently, to a very high standard. Each room has a DAB radio alarm with iPod docking station, and an LCD TV with Freeview.

Travel information

By Car:
From Exeter:
- Take the M5.
- Exit to join the A38.
- Follow signs for Torquay A380.
- At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Torquay A380.
- Continue straight across the next roundabout for the A3022 (do not turn right).
- Follow the A3022 until you have Torre Railway Station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'. You need to be in the right-hand lane.
- Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.

Payments with credit card have an additional charge of 2.5%

Please note that Fairways does not accept American Express or Dinner Club credit cards.

Late check-outs are only available with prior arrangement and at a small additional charge.

Guests travelling by public transport may leave their luggage at reception for collection later in the day.

We are happy to collect our guests from the local train/coach station provided that we are notified of the arrival time in advance.

Group bookings: no single sex group bookings are allowed.
