The Legacy Falcon Hotel was in an excellent position for all the sights in Stratford. It was within walking distance of the rsc, Canal and shops. However the hotel itself was beautiful from the outside, but the rooms were very disappointing for a four star hotel. The room was small, badly decorated and the bed was 4 feet from the door into the corridor. We felt like we were actually in the corridor!!. Should be 2 stars for the hotel, 4 stars for the location. The room was very small, the bed was right next to the corridor, the tv was in a bizarre place that you kept banging your head on it, and the bathroom was tiny!

Central location, handy for town centre, restaurants, pubs and RSC. Free parking. Had a room in the older part of the hotel, which is at the front of the building. However the traffic noise was very obvious and the "double-glazing" was ineffective. The room was quite small and the bathroom was even smaller ( about 1 metre wide by 3 metres long ). The paintwork on the bathroom window sill was badly flaking, and the extractor fan in the window was filthy.

Easy parking and free WI FI. Also we like breakfast included. Bar prices were normal except for an extortionate charge for a small Stones Green ginger wine.

When we arrived we were shown our room, rather poor quality and noisy at the front of the hotel. We had previously stayed at the hotel and expected to be in the newer block. We were moved and all was well and it was an excellent stay

Comfortable, friendly staff. Excellent position for the start of the marathon. The room was situated facing the road and was quite noisy during the night.

Good location and comfortable accommodation. Early pre-theatre dinners very enjoyable and swiftly served. You need to double-check maintenance. I had a bedside lamp that was unplugged and needed re-connecting in an almost impossible socket! It never happened although I left it out to be done but should have been checked before occupation. No big deal--but it's nice to read in bed! Room 307 was a very nice space.

The original section of the building made the hotel stand out. The location was great as was the food. The room 356 was excellent however the adjacent plant room was making a tapping noise all through the night which was annoying. The car park was also a nightmare especially on the Saturday night when it was completly full due to a function.

Very convenient location for visit to RSC theatre; also good for tourist activities - easy to get to Hop-on Hop-off city tour of Stratford and Shakespeare sites Had major problem locating Reception at the back of the hotel - seems there are no direction signs for Reception from the main street entrance.

Excellent value on the inclusive dinner, b & b rate in a comfortable hotel in the middle of Stratford on Avon. Food was first class and there was superb real ale... There was no information on how to get hot water from the shower, (Apparently there was a button to press, but we didn't discover it.)

The distance to the rsc Theatre was fantastic. Very, very well-located for a trip to Stratford to see Shakespeare. Room was clean and well- appointed. The large courtyard made for a very pleasant place to sit in the morning and have tea. The bar closed entirely too early. Despite their being two persons on the booking, we were each day only provided with one set of towels/linens.

The room was small and not as indicated from the web site. The noise level was awful as we did not get any sleep. The room was so small and the position of the t v on the wall was a hazard. The bathroom was so small you had to shut the door to sit on the toilet. If you were over weight then the bathroom would be a no go. The window in the bathroom had a hole in the glass and was silicone d in. The lamps beside the bed were dusty. We did plan to stay two nights but after one night and asking for a change of room which did not happen we chose to cancel our second night and went home. Poor value for money. Stayed in many hotel chains with far superior facilities at better prices including breakfast. Spoiled our first visit to your hotel and Stratford upon Avon.

The meals served on piping hot plates. The quality of the food served. The menu though varied is not changed daily. If staying for a period longer than a week one might get bored with the food on offer.

Great location, easy parking, very reasonably priced They had no booking for us when we arrived although we had confirmation from booking.com If the hotel had happened to be full we would have been searching for a room elsewhere. Nor sure if the fault was theirs or booking.com - but wither way, not very clever

The hotel was very good value and was in a good location. Reception staff were friendly. The breakfast experience was not so good - waiting around to be seated and then the breakfast coming out cold - it was then warmed up in the microwave - if there had been an apology and a fresh breakfast I would have rated the hotel excellent.
