Very friendly staff. Excellent location.

Very cold hotel. No radiators or any heating in the corridors. One small radiator in the bedroom and bathroom - room never became warm. Not very good food.

The rooms which have not yet been refurbished are dated. The hotel also suffers from a few plumbing glitches, as you'd expect from a property of this age. The details held on this website are also inaccurate - there are no jacuzzi baths and wifi is only available downstairs. There is limited parking available.

So called refurbished room with rickety furniture and a notice on the bathroom wall stating that the shower did not work but we are falling out with our plumber. What about your paying guests???????????

Excellent sea front position in the centre of Port Erin town. The bar and restaurant look out over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good clifftop walks.

No lift

Very convenient for public transport; within easy reach of Ronaldsway airport and virtually adjacent to the railway station. Set in a lovely bay with good views and easy access to good walks. Good bar with real ales.

More staff/better service at breakfast would have been helpful.

I stayed in a very nice, recently redecorated single room B&B for three nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Falcons Nest is a good, honest, straight forward, value for money Isle of Man hotel. It had all I needed without any of the unecessary and expensive frills.

I can do without the fancy frills so no complaints! Port Erin is a quiet harbour town which may not suit everyone, but the countryside and towns are also worth a visit and the hotel public bar had sky sports so that was good. There are several other good pubs with great food in the general ficinity.

Beautiful location by the sea at Port Erin. Restaurant overlooking the sea. Friendly waiter. Breakfast staff also helpful.

We had booked non-smoking rooms. Were given smokey rooms then moved to one with views obliterated by scaffolding. We chose the hotel because it was advertised as having off-road parking but the car park was out of use so we had to get our own Parking Disc from a local shop so that we weren`t fined.

That staff are very helpful

On two occassion when I had a shower it completely stopped mid flow. I assume this was because someone on the same floor was using it. When it did come back on there was no temperature control and it was boling hot.

Great view of the sea from our room, good value for money, comfortable enough rooms, were able to provide a cot for a baby

Shower was broken, staff were poorly trained and unmotivated, restaurant was poor but there aren't many options in the town
