Staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Rob
Great Location. Great Breakfast.
Not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed anywhere in the hotel. Not even in the public bar. No lounge. very dated.
It was a fantastic experience A home from home staff are Fantastic very customer focused... Ten out if ten
The room was lovely with a great sea view and all the usual facilities. Breakfast was very substantial with lots of choices in buffet style. Would happily stay again.
The only issue was noise from the bar downstairs. I live in a busy city centre so this wasnt a big problem for me, but some guests may be bothered by it.
Ambiance, old fashioned type of hotel not pretending otherwise. Spotless could not have been cleaner. Meals, especially breakfast, were good. Whole experience was good value
Hotel is getting to the stage where it will need a revamp soon
The comfort and localityand the lovely breakfasts .
Being charged £1.50 for a tip by the small girl widatk haired girl with glasses behind the bar
Exellent staff, menue, bar, and fantasic view over the bay!
Comfy beds, warm room, lovely hot water and radiators, tasty food, helpful staff. I would definitely like to go back.
Old hotel in centre of port Erin. The best things about f/n was good food, at dinner and breakfast, and the price £25 b&b.... excellent.
Very dated, firstly I couldn't find the car park... not signposted. However, there is plenty of street parking. The décor has not changed for many years I think.. lovely pink bathroom suite! The atmosphere was good, and very quiet at night, possibly because I was one of the only guests. Cheap though.
Nice "old fashioned" style hotel. Great location & great views. Very friendly & efficient staff. Superb breakfast. Good food. Wonderful atmosphere. Free wifi.
excellent breakfast plenty to eat, great evening meal with excellent deals, like free wine with 2 meals, best view of Port Erin from conservatory/bar/restaurant. rooms clean.
When we had to leave, will be back.
Everything, staff, food, price, position. Will stay again.
No Wi-Fi in the room
Friendly staff, great breakfast and an excellent price! Location is great too.
The hotel could do with a refresh to bring it up to date.
we liked the room as it was clean and spacious and offered value for money.
we had a drink in the bar but the music was far to loud and we couldnt hear ourselves talk, music needs to be lower.. their was also one rude bar person who looked very uninterested and had a rude manner when we asked for another drink.
The hotel's location is superb. Food menu fine, and fabulous serve-yourself breakfast.
Our twin room was a bit cramped.

Lovely location. Excellent breakfast. Very courteous staff. Nice tea making facilities. Safe and honest ambience. Good car-parking.
Rooms had no sea view. Shower took ages to run hot - such a waste of (cold) water! Some very noisy late arrivals.
Location, room, view, helpful staff.
The friendly staff. Good food (and plenty of it). At the center of the town.
The shower took a little time to work well.
Most of the staff were very helpful food was good and very reasonable. Bar was sociable and friendly.
Manager was not pleasant at all, remember a smile goes a long way. We had friends over in the bar after a mountain race we did and he would nt serve any of us after 1am even though we were residents. I understand there are laws about opening and closing times but probably could have been handled better.
Good location in port erin. Lots of different food options. Friendly and laid back staff.
nothing - very good value for money - you get more than you paid for!! A very good place to rest the bones after a long fell race.
the location is nice
The rooms veiw didn't realise it was a big hotel when I booked it most staff were young and not bothered
Staff were brilliant very caring and helpfull. Would go again they were so good as I have mobility issues.
Room 7 was above music bar difficult to sleep. No stairlift not good for guests with walking problems.
