absolutley nothing not to like
Excellent views great old building, good set price meal including wine. Great breakfast.
No staff on premises at night got locked out of room no staff to let you back in. Wouldn't know where to go if a fire started at night.
a very pleasant place to stay
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The booking process online was easy and the response from the hotel was prompt and reassuring.
wifi reception is poor unfortunately
Whole room looks comfortable and good to stay.
No WIFI connection in the room.
Most staff were very helpful
Breakfast good, but evening meal not consistent.
A very nice relaxing hotel, good rooms and friendly helpful staff, particularly Sophie at Reception who organised me a new room, at short notice, away from noise of loud private function.
All the Staff were polite and friendly. All were accomodating to our needs. Excellent choice for breakfast. No complaints on the cleanliness in all areas used
A little bit noisy in the evenings with the music from the bar and from the street with people making their way home. However it was Christmas and did not spoil our stay. Would happily stay again.
Staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Rob
Great Location. Great Breakfast.
Not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed anywhere in the hotel. Not even in the public bar. No lounge. very dated.
It was a fantastic experience A home from home staff are Fantastic very customer focused... Ten out if ten
The room was lovely with a great sea view and all the usual facilities. Breakfast was very substantial with lots of choices in buffet style. Would happily stay again.
The only issue was noise from the bar downstairs. I live in a busy city centre so this wasnt a big problem for me, but some guests may be bothered by it.
Ambiance, old fashioned type of hotel not pretending otherwise. Spotless could not have been cleaner. Meals, especially breakfast, were good. Whole experience was good value
Hotel is getting to the stage where it will need a revamp soon
The comfort and localityand the lovely breakfasts .
Being charged £1.50 for a tip by the small girl widatk haired girl with glasses behind the bar
Exellent staff, menue, bar, and fantasic view over the bay!
Comfy beds, warm room, lovely hot water and radiators, tasty food, helpful staff. I would definitely like to go back.
Old hotel in centre of port Erin. The best things about f/n was good food, at dinner and breakfast, and the price £25 b&b.... excellent.
Very dated, firstly I couldn't find the car park... not signposted. However, there is plenty of street parking. The décor has not changed for many years I think.. lovely pink bathroom suite! The atmosphere was good, and very quiet at night, possibly because I was one of the only guests. Cheap though.
Nice "old fashioned" style hotel. Great location & great views. Very friendly & efficient staff. Superb breakfast. Good food. Wonderful atmosphere. Free wifi.
excellent breakfast plenty to eat, great evening meal with excellent deals, like free wine with 2 meals, best view of Port Erin from conservatory/bar/restaurant. rooms clean.
When we had to leave, will be back.
Everything, staff, food, price, position. Will stay again.
No Wi-Fi in the room
Friendly staff, great breakfast and an excellent price! Location is great too.
The hotel could do with a refresh to bring it up to date.
we liked the room as it was clean and spacious and offered value for money.
we had a drink in the bar but the music was far to loud and we couldnt hear ourselves talk, music needs to be lower.. their was also one rude bar person who looked very uninterested and had a rude manner when we asked for another drink.
The hotel's location is superb. Food menu fine, and fabulous serve-yourself breakfast.
Our twin room was a bit cramped.
