The close proximity to the beach and Falmouth meant the hotel was an excellent base to explore Cornwall. The walk to Falmouth was about 5 minutes and managable, the spa and pool was crowded but it was a bank holiday weekend. Breakfasts was fab and the restaurant 2/10 in Falmouth was great. The local shops were fab and St Ives was just 20 drive away. Will be going back. Top tip no heels for the walk to Falmouth. The poor customer relations the staff did not make us feel welcome there were no happy smiling faces on reception. The staff at breakfast were better but there was not the welcoming happy environment that I have noticed from staff at other Best Western Hotels. |

Every thing, our stay could not have been better, the location was perfect, the staff very very freindly and the hotel was perfect as well, we will be returning to this hotel could be for many years to come. The rooms where very hot may be they could have fans in the rooms went hot. |

Room was a chalet seperate to the hotel which we really liked, would ask to stay in one if booking again. The pool and gym facilities were excellent. Parking was very difficullt (although there was a wedding on at the time of our stay). The decor of the hotel was very old fashioned - it definately needs updating. The restaurant was a bit fuddy duddy too, so we went next door to the St Michaels hotel and had a great meal in super contemporary surroundings. |

Friendly atmosphere, the hotel was easy to find and well-located on the sea-front. It was also only a very short walk from the main town centre The room was very hot and it was not possible to open the window because of the security chain. |

The room was too small and hot for comfort. The receptionist checked me out and gave me the invoice. However, a day later the hotel called me and all but accused me of leaving without paying. The receptionist, on check out, told me I was good to leave. This was not good as I booked the hotel by credit card and understandably assumed they had taken the fee by credit card. |

My only point of concern is that I believed that I would be charged the full amount of £90 by yourselves, I was then charged £45 by the hotel I am currently unsure if I have payed you £90 or £45. This is not clear at the time of booking. |

the pool area was good and much enjoyed by the children. Staff were very friendly. It didnt take advantage of the views in the bar area and ground floor areas generally. Also bar area seemed very bitty, no areas to congregate around ie. fireplaces!! |

Die Lage und der freie Blick aufs Meer sind ein grosses Plus für dieses Hotel. Personal nur mässig freundlich. Im Restaurant fehlt es an gut ausgebildetem Personal z.B. Finger in Tassen und Gläser. Badezimmer bedürfte einer Erneuerung. |

Mir hat der grosse Pool sehr gut gefallen. Ein prima Wellnessbereich, Fitness. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon/Meerblick- super! Gute Lage zum Strand Der Zimmerservice hat das Duschgel nicht nachgefuellt und Kaffee mehrfach vergessen. Die Bettwaesche war schadhaft. Ein tropfender Wasserkasten am wc wurde trotz Hinweis nicht repariert- stattdessen Handtuecher auf den Boden gelegt, da das ganze Bad sonst unter Wasser stand. |
