Very welcoming friendly staff. Could not do enough for us.Lovely room great location would reccomend to anyone!!!
We received a very warm friendly welcome which included advice about Tenby. Our room was beautifully decorated & well laid out with a small seating area to watch the TV. There was also a small fridge to keep things cold. The bathroom was big with lovely modern fittings & all areas where spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely with a plenty to choose from. I could highly recommend at stay here :-)
Visuals very pleasing....
Nothing to dislike
The room ,the breakfast and the location. Simon was a good host.
Paying for parking but who doesn't
Room 1 & it's bathroom, Location for the beach & carpark
Good clean room with huge bathroom. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Overall a really pleasant stay.
Would lose the door from the bedroom into the little lobby with another door into the bathroom. Too many doors.
Great time had. Hotel spotless and in a great location for the beaches and town. If we ever go to Tenby again this is where we would stay
Easy to find, Simon very helpful and welcoming and a gentleman to chat with high standard of cleaniness will tell all my friends and colleagues . Oh nice food with good choices for breakfast too!
Modern interior, clean, very welcoming host, well located for Tenby town centre and the Esplanade. Very good value.
Parking can be a bit tricky, but we went in October, and managed to find street parking close by. There is a public car park about 50 yards away that does provide for overnight parking at £5 per car.
Rooms were great, modern and clean. Bathroom nice Size and facilities were great i.e. smart tv, blu-ray player, fridge and drink essentials(coffee, tea) Breakfast was lovely and the service was excellent. Owner simon was very welcoming and polite..would highly recommend.
There was nothing to not like.
The hotel has everything you need for a break at the beach. The owner could not do enough for us and the breakfast was delicious. The room was immaculate and the free wifi is always an added bonus. We will definitely be staying again!
Cleanliness, service and location.
No parking at the hotel, but a pay park 50 yards away.
Location, Cleanliness Excellent breakfasts Comfort
No window in room, so no view. Room was a little cramped Steep stairs to carry luggage up.
Rooms high spec, stayed in room 5 on the second floor we could see the sea from the windows lovely. Would highly recommend just a few minutes walk to the shops, car park just at the side of the hotel paid £12 for a three night stay.
Quality of sausages could be better.
The friendly hospitality. Simon's can do philosophy. The wonderful breakfasts even though they lacked porridge. The proximity to central Tenby.
The 47 stairs to Room 5 The local Authority's parking arrangements!
The welcome and friendliness we received from Simon, and our comfortable, clean room with all the facilities we needed. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel in Tenby for 5 nights.
Having such a short stay and then going home!
Location was good. Loved Tenby.
I booked what was described as a luxury King room. The room turned out to be quite small without a window. However - there was a newly refurbished shower room which was really nice.
A lovely comfortable stay. Very friendly lovely breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.
we dont have any dislikes.
Newly refurbished hotel with a high standard of workmanship. Very friendly hotel owner and the breakfasts were very good and all freshly cooked
Our bedroom did not have a window. Natural light came via the shower room through a frosted glass door
Perfect room, bathroom and breakfast, friendly staff. For bars and restaurants you have to walk 3 minutes to town centre.
No elevator in the building might be a problem.
host(simon) was very welcoming without being fussy or over bearing. very helpful and friendly. loved his cooked brekky. lovely and not greasy.
bedding needed ironing..but that is a "thing", of mine i love crisp bedding. also blinds were at window..but curtains would finish the room and make it look loved.
view from room windows, breakfast,
flights of stairs . parking had to use public pay car park.
Room 3 was excellent with a large walk-in shower. Simon was very friendly and helpful also. It is in a nice quiet area.
Great value for money, excellent modern facilities and breakfast and host Simon is very friendly and helpful!
Friendliness of staff cleanliness.
