Great bus routes to the city. Good local faciities. Generally clean, tidy and bright. The cooker worked well Some of the equiptment/facilities in the room were a little dissapointing, but would be quite inexpensive to remedy. For example, there were a number of light bulbs not working, the tin opener was almost impossible to use, the kitchen pans really need replacing due to excessive wear, the DVD player did not like ejecting disks and the matresses were of a low quality and quite uncomfortable. The main door to the building also "banged shut" and woke us up when anyone used it in the night. |

its convenience for edinburgh! great location for the airport and visiting the city! it was noisy and none too clean. the first night the drunken group above us (and they were well into it when we arrived at 2 pm also) partied til 4 am and we got no sleep. not the fault of the hotel, but it was pretty bad (and a bit scary) for all of us and the kiddos. it ruined out experience there. |

This was a very basic apartment that was clean and affordable. We never saw any staff - you call at the door and get your room key from a safe. The location is good - Tesco, bars, restaurants nearby. The bus system is very easy and there's a bus stop nearby. |

Good value for money - don't expect luxury fittings, fancy towels etc but clean, adequately equipped so ideal for family on low budget. We were 5 adults and a small baby and found the space adequate. Very, very helpful caretaker, Jim, gave a friendly welcome and was full of advice on local area. Handy for zoo and short bus ride away from city centre. Plenty of eating places around. |

cheapish, clean, some place to sleep and wash rather than some place to relax with the bird. perfect for a group of people heading to a match bit far out from town, |

The apt was located in an excellent spot for access to the sights in downtown Edinburgh. A bus stop is located 1 minute from the apt. A Tesco is located right down the road. The apt itself was very comfortable, with plenty of room for my family of 5. The hot water in the shower was a bit dodgy. We could have used a larger pot to boil water for pasta. |

It wasn't too far to walk to Murrayfield for the rugby and the heaters worked quickly to heat the living room up. The parking was a bit eratic with mini-buses taking up a lot of room. There was a lack of glasses in the kitchen and no soap in the bathroom. |

The price of the accommodation is very reasonable. The hotel's perimeter especially the parking space is not well-lighted. The building is not totally secured since it is accessible to non-resident/occupant. |

Relaxed attitude to checkout time (1) the security box for the room key was open on arrival (2) the rooms were small, sloping ceilings made movement difficult and the mattress was unbearably lumpy, (3) Hot water ran out after a bath and washing up, (4) floorboards squeaked in room above and person walking around at 6am woke me up, (5) broadband internet didn't work, there were no instructions, (6) nothing to stop doors slamming |
