Position. Excellent bus service to city.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke. Tried air fresheners without success
car parking bit tight getting in and out
Everything was perfect
Easy access from the airport, close to the Zoo and an Enterprise station (rental car), several busses giong to the city
Beds and furniture were horrible: quality of beds and the sofa rather bad, camping chairs to sit on - one immediately collapsed when sat on.
free parking, location to central Edinburgh, easy bus ride into Festival and late night buses
beds uncomfortable, linen clean but old, poor ventilation, basic kitchen facilities and washing machine / drier broken, limited hot water for showers
The location was good. Parking space available. Quiet location. On bus route with regular buses to the city.
Beds very uncomfortable, no bed side table, or anywhere to put clothes in double room. Single bed mattress was so thin had to put a duvet on top of it. No key available to open door onto outside decking. dining table in kitchen, which was too big to use and only one dining chair. TV remote didn't work. Fan in bathroom didn't work.
Great access to buses both into town and for the airport. Good proximity to some good pubs
the location, cleanliness,
fan didn't work in bathroom. noise from flat above. not enough parking spaces.
Location was excellent
No place to keep luggage , we had our train in the evening and was told not allowed to keep luggage during the day of checking out.
Close to shops, cafe & bank. Excellent bus service, about 25 min into Edinburgh centre. Well equipped kitchen. On site parking & wheelchair access. Fairly quiet at night. Staff pleasant when arranging stay. Good wifi once code obtained.
Towel rail with wires removed & tapped up. No ventilation in bathroom. Missing light bulbs in hall & lounge. Cleaning left a bit to be desired. Had ground floor but access through several heavy doors made getting the wheelchair in & out a real chore. Had a door to garden but unable to use it as no key. Several off putting notices around flat, one in kitchen threatened charge for excessive clean but it's a long time since the flat had one. Creaking floors. Towels & bedding seen better days. One sofa but no chairs in lounge when meant for 6 people meant sitting on floor or kitchen chairs.
Ideal for travel into city centre
Broken pulled out bed, sheets that didn't fit and main bed had a very poor quality matress, more like a camp bed.
Ease of access, good transport to city, convenient for supermarket, quiet
Decor getting a little tired, over sensitive smoke alarm in kitchen
Good bus route very close to zoo & murrayfield - apartment itself was abit noisy from neirbours above us / to the side of us & from one of the gardens who had a party ! Clean apartment with everything you need a bit short on lounge seating for an apartment for 6 people, only the bed settee or wooden dining room chairs ! Overall good for the price during fringe time !
Noisy neirbours !
There was hot water.
The beds were filthy - we had to sleep on our clothes. the TV was out of the arc for todays rental. We would have liked the entrance gate to close as we chose because of the parking facility. Very squeaky bunk beds.
Excellent location with free parking and wifi and convenient travel to the city centre. Clean and comfortable. Even has a washer dryer which was useful.
Slightly sparse on utensils but fine for a short stay.
Close to central Edinburgh. Free parking. Good neighbourhood. Close to Zoo.
Sweaty smell in the apartment. Everything falling apart, from towel rails, bed rails, curtain rails. Carpets in the hall desperately need changing. Microwave oven appeared to have been abused in the past. The price paid was way too high for what was on offer.
Temperamental smoke alarm
The location was perfect for transport links. We came to watch the Commonwealth and the ease with which we were able to get about was excellent
We had travelled with our tablets, mobiles etc and we were disappointed by the lack of a clear and constant wifi signal where we were staying
It was big enough for our family of 5, with plenty of room. Great location for the zoo
The room were comfortable and good. I would just suggest to put curtains on windows, just in case some people don't want to wake up early. But overall it was a great experience.
Adequate space for a family of 5. Parking in front of the apartment. Fairly easy access to public transport.
Dirty shower curtain, notes on everything not to steal, leave stuff behind.....a bit unnecessary....
Good location, spacious accommodation and very helpful owner. Well laid-out apartment and good furnishings, with easy access. Easy to find and excellent parking.
No iron, single bed was uncomfortable Wifi almost non-existent
The location was good for what we had planned for our trip as its was near to the murrayfield stadium and the zoo. It was on a good bus route, and near to local shops, restaurants and takeaways.
There was no worktop space in the kitchen so you cant prepare food properly. The kitchen is in the front room which wasnt clear on booking. the was only a sofa bed as seating in the lounge which isnt enough for 6 people. All the headboards on the beds were broken and kept banging off the wall! Every time our 4 or 5 year old rolled over on the bunk bed it creaked so loudly we could hear it in the front room. The matresses were so uncomfy my husband even had marks on his back from the springs!!! Would definitely not stay here again!
Kitchen had all the needed appliances and cookware.
2nd bedroom bed too short, uncomfortable beds and furnature.
Beds creek with every turn and the mattresses need to be replaced
