Feathers Inn49 Cambridge Road, Wadesmill, SG12 0TN Wadesmill (Show map) Very good, Score from 163 reviews“The location was good - for us, reception fine, the room had every amenity we required and was very comfortable, all good value for the (reasonable) price we paid. The (apparently inexpensive) menu made us wish we had no dining commitment for the evening and the bar itself was pleasant.”

Good value , food was adequate for cost, free wifi if you could actually connect. No phone service so on business is difficult to work. Not quite as slick as larger chains but good enough Free wifi advertised but not achievable, no chance of working online

Nice Looking and easy to get to. Unfotunately, my husband found the bed a bit lumpy and every time we moved in the bed the sheets russled being cotton we kept waking each oher up. The other thing is everytime you walked round the room the floor boards creaked and if going to the bathroom in the middle of the night was not good. I found the shower a bit odd, it kept switching it-self off and having to walk across into the restaurant in the cold to eat was not very good.

Excellent value for money, very comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast choices (scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for us!). Good pub food in the evening in pleasant surroundings. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A clean, friendly staffed village hotel. Close enough to Ware to catch train to Lobdon but will need to drive there ( or 30 min walk). Will stay again. Stairs to upper floor a tad steep with suitcases.

Room had everything that I needed Finding the entrance at night when tired and breakfast entrance next morning. Soon welcomed in when I was spoted. Use for signs would be good

I found that my stay in this lovely hotel gave me value fpr money. The single room was spacious with many electric sockets which I need but not found in many modern hotels, The check in was well conducted, the pub/beer pleasant and the breakfast good There isnt much that I found wrong with the place

Well trained staff, polite & helpful.Well cooked breakfast, but could upgrade cutlery & crockery. Good location for visiting family. Room needs redesigning as I did not have a side table & had to open wardrobe to place my coffee.Toilet handle kept falling off. Water in sink took a long to drain. No mattress protectors, & Super king duvet sheet had a only a king size duvet.
