The lady from Thailand at front desk is really helpful. a lot indeed. Staff are not really helpful apart from the Thai lady. Room very small for the price offered. Sound proof not existed, many bells ringing in the mid night... |

Wireless internet was available and convenient hotel location. Not clean. It took three attempts to assign me to a room that had been made up. Even then the toilet had feces, the rug needed replacing, and there were hairs (not mine) everywhere. Limited warm water, ancient pillows and damages to the room added to discomfort... overpriced for the facilities at hand. |

Location to the train station. The reception staff did not know how to handle my check-in without much confusion and added assistance from other staff. Checkout staff did not know how to use the credit card terminal. I had to show them how to operate the terminal to use my credit card. An Economy Hotel at the least. Reception staff had limited ability to speak and understand English. Room overpriced! |

Location Had to move room 3 times in first 24 hours. Rooms not made up, lights not working, all possessions moved without a bye or leave, water dripping from light fitting in breakfast room, safety pin fashioned into spike on floor outside bathroom. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at by a country mile. |

It is conveniently close to Cambridge Station and far enough away from it not to be affected by the noise. Hotel staff didn't speak English. When I wanted to check out there was no-one available! |

The car parking The staff could barely speak English, which is a problem when you are trying to ask for a vegetarian breakfast (I got meat suasages). Room needed a lick of paint and there was a broken pipe from which water ran constantly (including all night) right outside the window: V. noisy |

Clean. Very small. Pleasant staff. close to the train station, only 15-20 minute walk to city centre. For a given price (very cheap) it was ok. As mentioned before - very small room, very tiny bathroom but everything pristine clean. You will like it as long as you do not expect any luxus. |
