Clean. Very small. Pleasant staff. close to the train station, only 15-20 minute walk to city centre. For a given price (very cheap) it was ok. As mentioned before - very small room, very tiny bathroom but everything pristine clean. You will like it as long as you do not expect any luxus. |

Close to railway station, centre of town and in walking distance of several resturants and pubs. Quiet at night, parking available. No desk to work at in room, but if that is not important the facilities are adequate. |

The hotel is conveniently placed for both railway station and town. There was easy access for guests 24 hours a day. The breakfast choices were very good and the breakfast food itself was good. Dining facilities were cramped. The internal layout of the hotel showed very clearly its origin in two semi-detached houses knocked into one. I felt that with better planning the internal design could have made much better use of the available space (e.g. guests need only one staircase; the route to some of the rooms was complicated). |

Convenience to railway station. Room dirty. Window sills thick with dust and dirt. 2 windows cracked & would not close. Curtain rails not secure. Room very noisy because of open windows. |

Not much! The linen was lean (if not I would have left) The receptionist ask for payment before we saw the room, the room was not that good, It was not family run and not welcoming,,shower was a dribble and the breakfast was awful.. No choice.. Crap white bread, overcooked egg - we took our own soya milk ( thank goodness)_ but it ws awful! |

Fenners B&B is accommodating, well run and comfortable, making it perfect for a "no-frills" stay within an easy 5 mins walk from the station. |

The ease with which we found the hotel, having driven from London, being able to use the private car park, the proximity to the centre of town and being able to come in when we wanted, after a reunion dinner in college, all made our weekend break very smooth and easy. The room was bright and airy and a very decent size. Lovely to have an en suite bathroom too. Only that the TV in the room didn't work and I wanted to watch the Marathon while we were packing! |

We especially liked the breakfast, which was served in the ground floor. Very often breakfast is served in a basement in smaller hotels. Very nice with fresh fruit and a sortiment of "English breakfast". We had a double room, which was vvery nice. With the double bed, there was a continental quilt. To share one quilt is not always easy, when one person turns around, the quilt goes with him or her, and the other person gets cold. In Denmark we always hav two quilts with a double bed. |

The reception staff were really friendly, and the location of the hotel was great - easy walking distance to most of Cambridge's sites. Breakfast was not very well cooked, and the orange juice was fermented. |

Big beds, tidy rooms, breakfast included, great location, great price, and ensuites in the rooms They seem to have king sized beds (two singles combined) but only double-bed sized bed covers, so the covers dont even cover the bed once a person is in it! |

Location; and size of room was good (but not all rooms are this size) Breakfast was moderate but not great; and the hotel was a little noisy as it is right on the street. |
