The bed was comfortable and it was very warm.
The walls were peeling off upstairs and the room was the smallest room I have ever been in.
Helpful receptionists and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and tidy. Could park nearby.
Shower didn't work very well.
Fenners hotel was very good lovely helpful staff. we stayed in room1 this was lovely room but very draughty . The windows Defiently need up grading or draught excluding. The bed was set in the window which made it cold . Apart from they no grumbles .
Breakfast modern decoration and nice friendly staff.
Ensuite Shower, large TV, good breakfast
No bed lights or bedside tables, Double bed needs upgrading. Rooms all need painting and decorating.
The girl at front desk that night is nice and helpful
The room on the ground floor is old and dirty. The wifi is poor. The pics are tricky!
Location. Wifi was ok.
Very uncomfortable bed, room was like a miniature, poor tv reception, breakfast time is early and short. I definitely won't go there again.
Nice room, though not too tidy. Location is perfect. Good breakfast!
Staff not too friendly, cleanliness might improve. In my room the kettle did not work.
I did change my room without any fuss from staff as heating wasn't working. I might add that the first room did look rather scruffy and tired, so was glad to change.
Fenner's was a short walk from the centre of Cambridge, was fairly well kept and the staff were friendly and breakfast ok. I had a compact room, which was perfectly reasonable. I would recommend the hotel.
The wi-fi was a bit patchy in the attic-based compact rooms, as was the TV reception. Heating in the central part of the hotel was very warm! But was able to be regulated in the room separately.
Perfect location close to train station and city centre
Cold room, not cleaned properly over my four night stay, uncomfortable bed poor internet reception
VERY CLOSE TO CITY CENTRE AND TRAIN STATION, GOOD ROOM, SMALL BUT REALLY NICE.
you have to book the breakfast slot. Maybe you are not free to sleep how much you would like to do. But breakfast room is lovely, I enjoyed that.
Excellent value for money. Good location and very friendly, helpful staff.
Breakfast and staff dedication and patience
Dinning room cramped, bedroom small, noisy overall hotel, up to 12 /1 am
I loved that there was a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and there was always someone at the front desk. The walk into the center of town was only about twenty minutes and the area was very cute.
Staff friendly and location good
Room was tiny, appreciate I paid for compact single but it was tiny, bed was against radiator so burnt my leg each night, bathroom was shabby with towel rail pushed through wall! Bathroom shelf was at an angle so not useable!
Good location and quiet. 24 hour service. Good breakfast options. Price reasonable for Cambridge - not a 'hotel' though.
Minor niggles - poor tv reception in room and no chair. Bedroom very warm.
Small rooms, deceptive pictures on the website, very small breakfast.

the breakfast serving staff seems unhappy and not willing to help
Helpful staff changed us to a potentially less noisy room at top of building
Was noisy but it was New Year's Eve and staff did their best to keep it to a minimum
Bed Breakfast Room Bathroom
Too small. Too crowded.
I liked the location near the train station I liked the fact that my car was securely parked in the private car park I liked the fact that there was very good wifi reception
I didn't like the fact that my room was in the eve under the roof and my bed under the slope I didn't like the fact that my room was on top floor with very narrow stairs and nobody offered to help me carry my bags up there I didn't like the banging of doors at night I didn't like how small the bathroom was I didn't like the "toiletries" provided I didn't like the breakfast and the fact i had a stranger eating in front of me as there was not enough tables to accommodate
Paid what you got
The ensuite too small
Quiet neighborhood, free parking, staff was helpful.
The entire place is very run-down, in desperate need of a refurbishment.
