Everything - excellent value for money.
Only criticism I could make was that there was not a hairdryer in the room.
charming, welcoming, helpful staff, I wish all BnB were like this one.
couldnt fault it in anyway
nothing to dislike
Very nice house, clean. Friendly owner.100% recommend.
Traditional and comfortable B&B. Personal service and excellent home-cooked breakfast. Ideal location for Channel tunnel. Highly recommended.
Off road car parking. Friendly reception and advice regarding the area. Very good and substantial breakfast. Comfortable bed. Property set well back from a busy road in spacious grounds.
Water pressure in en suite for basin and shower very poor.
Hosts, Parking, Breakfast, Clean, Pet Friendly, Near Channel Tunnel, Excellent free Wi-Fi.
Road noise (with window open), At least a mile to walk to the nearest pub/restaurant, single bed mattress could do with renewing in family room. All minor points though, we'd stay again.
The friendly host´s
the bed ist to small for 2 people
We felt instantly welcome and greeted by kind and friendly staff and of course what made our stay even more pleasurable, was we had Hector our lil puppy with us and even he felt like he was home from home !! We even had an offer to puppy-sit him while we were at the wedding !! We will definitely be returning as the location is perfect - along a beautiful walk opposite and an unspoilt and un-busy beach just the otherside - perfect!! Would definitely be returning and would sell as a Travel Agent to my clients x
Friendly service, clean comfortable room and good breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces.
location, warm and friendly atmosphere, very clean comfortable room
Comfortable room, large bathroom.
Nice but limited breakfast
Friendly welcoming owner. Comfy beds. Relaxing decor. Tasty breakfast.
Everything was very nice. My only criticism was the tea bag I used in the room had a hole in it so made a bitty cuppa;-)
Room & breakfast.
A bit out of the way from pub or restaurant something to eat
Host very good, location very good and breakfast fantastic.
Not a lot.
Warm welcome, delightful owner, lovely well maintained property and room, excellent breakfast and wifi. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
TV fixed rigidly to wall in position where it was impossible to watch eaither from the comfortable chair provided or lying on the bed. All rates on offer were for doubles...there was no reduced rate for a single traveller.
Warm and friendly welcome. Relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Modern ensuite. Excellent breakfast
Slight traffic noise from road, although this did not disturb a really good nights sleep.
We highly recommend it, very good location, beautiful house, spotless, excellent staff and costumer service. Very good breakfast.
We had a nice familyroom. The house is close to the beach and it is a nice walk to Hythe. We stayed here only one night because we had to take the Doverferry in the morning. It was a short ride to Dover.
Great breakfast and quiet at night.
My only problem was controling the shower temporature, but a small problem and did not detract from a good stay, though brief as I was only in the area 1 night.
Lovely location and place to stay
Motor Bike was able to be parked around the back away from sight. Ideal for the Chunnel as only minutes away. A mile to the town which has plenty of places to eat with a decent pub. Excellent full english quality breakfast with plenty of coffee etc. Would definitely use again as in a far nicer location than Folkestone!
The shower cubicle in the room was very small but functional and ok for a night or two.
Good location; excellent cooked breakfast; friendly proprietors.
Radio was a bit distracting at times during breakfast
Good location, very nice and hospitable people. Most enjoyable.
