Good sized room was very clean and comfortable. The host, michele and Denham were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing choice, something to tempt everyone and sure to set you up for the day. Will definitely stay again.
Tasteful mix of modern design with traditional
Location, comfort, service and good food
The room was excellent, breakfast fab & all the staff very helpful. Ample parking.
The name & pictures suggests that it overlooks the sea, it doesn't. The bar is closed. The position means you need a car to go into town.
Room was spotlessly clean and cosy.Breakfast was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful.
Would have liked to have stayed longer.
Stylist up to date rooms with added extras and lovely breakfast with a variety of choice. Slept like a baby
We had the night ferry and had to leave early in the morning. So we wouldn't see the owners to pay. Now, we didn't have enough money in Pounds so i wrote a letter and we gave them euro's. I never heard anything, so we're very thankfull to them, accepting euro's.
Friendly Staff. Excellent breakfasts cooked by Anne
Bed was rather hard
From the moment we arrived Michele made us feel very welcome. She took the time to talk to us about our stay and made us feel at home. We were traveling with our 21 month old daughter and she made a fuss over her. The room was delightful. Lovely and comfy and stylish. The bathroom was very clean and the shower very relaxing. Our breakfast was out of this world. As I had just arrived after spending a week in Singapore and staying in a hotel there I was dreading breakfast. It was very lovely and the choice was great. Chatting with the other guests over toast and a Full English everyone seemed very friendly and equally happy with their stay too.
Absolutely Nothing !
Getting the key code by text message so arriving late was no problem Outstanding breakfast Monochrome colour scheme in bedroom Spotless, modern bathroom Friendly & efficient owner
Many things. Poached eggs and salmon for breakfast
We were warmly welcomed and given absolute freedom. The room was good and the breakfast excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks
Bit of a trek to restaurants etc without taking the car
Warm attention from the staff. Clean and well decorated room. Good choice for breakfasts. Good location close to the Irish ferry and eating places.
There was nothing I didn't like
Very near to the railway and grocery store, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. Maybe could have walked from the ferry but the street lights go out at 1:00 a.m. and we had no idea where to go. Luckily got a taxi to come out to the ferry bldg. But it was late.
Very Clean, Good breakfast choices.
Small room. OK only for an overnight stay
We had travelled to Fishguard for an annual adventure weekend, coasteering, and used the Ferryboat as our base. We had a warm welcome on arrival and were shown our rooms. They are clean, well-appointed and comfortable - all I could have wished for. Michelle was very helpful in terms of local advice and pointed us in the right direction for restaurants etc. and we had a great first night in "Peppers", where the food was fabulous and they just happened to have a jazz evening that night - which was good fun. Breakfast at the Ferryboat was smashing...the full range on offer - I was particularly impressed by the fruit that was available (strawberries and blueberries - my favourite). The staff, again, were very accommodating and friendly. I can definitely recommend the Ferryboat and would go back again whenever I am in the Fishguard area. Oh, and Michelle...I apologise agan, and publicly, for going away with your room key - hiopefully you will have received it back by now...sorry !! :)
Nothing to dislike, whatsoever.
Well located for catching the ferry to Rosslare, Ireland. Very helpful staff.
Handy location close to Ferry, yet in a quiet area. Very efficient system for late arrival. Splendid choice and quality at breakfast.
The location was brilliant. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
The fact that there was to be free Wi-Fi and there was not. Bed very uncomfortable-Pillows in need of replacing
Breakfast was amazing & Michelle was really helpful with local advice.
Wifi was very poor during our stay. Quite a way out of the centre of Fishguard.
Friendly staff, very good location.
