The inn has been fully refurbished and has been awarded 4-star status by the Welsh Tourist Board. There is also a new TV lounge for residents to enjoy and relax in.

Food & beverage

The restaurant has a cosy ambience and offers good home-cooked food, made using fresh, local ingredients.

The restaurant and bar are open Tuesday to Saturday nights (April to September). During other months, the opening hours of the restaurant and bar are reduced to Fridays and Saturdays only, but dinner is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on prior request.

Table bookings are recommended when you reserve a room, as the restaurant and bar can get very busy at peak times.

Breakfast is normally served at 08:30, but earlier breakfasts are available if you advise the inn at the time of booking.

The Ferryboat Inn is situated on the A487 Fishguard to St. Davids road, 500 metres from the Fishguard to Rosslare ferry terminal.
- Take the road to St Davids at the roundabout at the ferry terminal exit.
- The inn is 500 metres along this road, on the right-hand side.

Important information

Check-in:
Late check in is available for passengers travelling on the late ferry. In these circumstances, no staff will be available to greet you. However, the hotel will leave the keys out in the hallway and provide you with a code for the front door. You must contact the hotel at least 2 days before arrival.
