Set on a large working farm 5 miles from St Asaph, this grand farmhouse has the distinction of being the first brick-built building in Wales. The grade 2 listed accommodation is surrounded by fields and woodland to explore, and guests can fish on the river Clwyd that runs through the grounds. The area offers a host of activities to choose from; spectacular walking, water sports and other outdoor pursuits, as well as castles, gardens and seaside resorts

The nearest village is only 2 miles away or St Asaph is only 5 miles away with great amenities and a wonderful cathedral. The most popular attraction, which is great for families, is the the Sea Life Centre in Rhyl. There is also a beach there or you could do some shopping. If you enjoy walking, there are plenty of fantastic walks in the area around the cottage, you will have private fishing rights on the River Clwyd or you can also try some horse riding, golf, cycling or watersports.
