Quirky, comfortable, receptive and entertaining. Like staying with old friends.
Nothing to dislike here.
An excellent stay; comfortable and clean room and the owners were happy to accommodate my vegetarian requirements - the food was delicious. Also liked the gallery side of the business. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
Personal attention to detail and beautiful surroundings in the hotel and countryside
Ambiance and decor plus friendly hosts.
Bed was a little too firm.
Friendly service , great afternoon teas , interesting decor oh and its an art gallery as well
The whole ambience of the hotel is one of relaxation and beauty. The beautiful scenery outside is matched by the artwork on show and the decor. We were treated as house guests rather than customers and made to feel as if the house was ours for the weekend. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but don't be fooled by the "simple suppers" they offer - our lasagne was to die for! Will definitely be returning.
There isn't anything not to like!
we loved the wonderfully decorated spacious rooms, warm hospitatility, and hearty breakfast. A great location for our short trip.
5 Star service. Excellent hosts. Superb location. Stunning views. Best breakfast.
Having to depart at the end of our stay!!
Loved the decor and the friendly owners
Thought it was expensive for a b and b
Very impressive hotel, excellent location and surroundings. Customer care was very impressive. Ralph is the perfect host. We are returning, later this year.
Very hard to not like anything, maybe tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be a nice finishing touch as,the room was superb.
Warm welcome, beautifully restored property with art gallery, coffee shop and bar. Really warm and homely, impeccabley friendly owners and friendly old dog. Can't recommend highly enough, worth every penny.
The art on the walls. Breakfast quality. Location. The welcome
The shower needs maintenance.
Everything, peaceful, stunning views, excellent overnight stay.
Everything was absolutely beautiful. The room, the location, the art work, talking to Roland and Ralph about the history...amazing! Congratulations on the passion & dedication to the projects! Best wishes.
Super friendly staff from word go making us feel relaxed and welcome. The 'simple supper' on our Friday night stay was superb, the breakfast, a mix of continental and cooked options also perfect. The house is stunning to look around with art gems everywhere. We stayed in the suite - very highly recommended
The staff are very friendly and did all they could to help. The Country house itself is beautiful, the decor lovely, gardens breath-taking and the location is ideal (6mns drive from the Village).
Lovely settings. Location excellent. Very friendly and helpful owners.
We immediately felt "at home away from home" and the truly charming owners of Ffin y Parc are certainly to blame for that. No matter how hectic it got, there was always a smile and a humorous comment for us -- and that is why we like boutique hotels so much. Not to mention the lavish, stylish rooms and carefully-picked art collection on display...
We went there for our anniversary, we were so relaxed, and it was unreal! Food was amazing, we stayed for supper, as well as breakfast which was fantastic too. The owners are lovely, and the art is incredible. We stayed in room 1, it is so comfortable we really did not want to leave.
Beautiful location, building and rooms. Great attention to detail for example excellent homemade shortbread biscuits in room, perfect early morning tea tray and the best salad nicoise for supper I have eaten!
Too short a stay!
The whole place, grounds, rooms are large, clean and classic,Outstanding views. Coffee bar / licenced bar wonderfull . Great food. Excellent coffee. The owners were fab host's who are willing to accomodate you at any time of day or night, also just so happened to be great company. Art work, well what a bonus, free gallery.
Nothing, plan on a return trip.
Fabulous rooms with great view. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Everything was just perfect. Would return in a heartbeat.
This Art Gallery/Hotel was utterly brilliant. By far the best place i have ever stayed not just in the UK but across the globe. Such attention to detail and a room you will wish you could live in forever. The staff at the hotel are beyond helpful and helped me plan some surprises for the room as it was part of an away break for my other half's birthday. will 100% be visiting again!!!
Expensive for one night
Character & spaciousness or the rooms, breakfast
Beds a bit too hard
