Blown light bulbs non functioning air conditioning, no daylight in basement room

Excellent position for the Royal Opera House and tube station. Very quiet at night.Very clean facilities.

I would prefer a bath but this is the fate of singles.There is no breakfast but I was directed to a pleasant ,inexpensive sandwich bar where food was freshly cooked. I did not like the pillows which were not feather.

Location excellent and although room not ready i was able to have a shower in a facility - most welcome after flying in from Malaysia.

Size of room. No lift and I was on 3rd floor which, after a long journey isn't good as stairs quite steep and narrow. No restaurant either.

Very convenient location opposite Royal Opera House. Friendly staff. Warm, clean and quiet room (single, third floor), plenty of hot water.

Everything. I liked the quiet central location, the efficient and very friendly and intelligent staff, the fact that no food is offered so you aren't paying for food you don't want, the comfort without unnecessary trimmings, the sense of being let alone but that there is always someone to hand if needed.

Nothing, except that I couldn't stay longer.

Location , Location , Location !!!! 2 min walk from Covent Garden underground Very close to theaters , shopping area and restaurants. In weekend the area is full of people and it is nice to walk around. Facilities the room is clean and has large shower. Staff is very helpful and offered help to carry the luggages. Includes also air condition in case its hot in summer.

minor matter - there is no elevator.

Really close to all amenities, quirky and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would definately return.

A bit dark and gloomy but could be interpreted as atmospheric.

LOCATION! Warm, friendly atmosphere and staff. Very easy to get to and close to anything I want to walk to.

I preferred it when it was less posh and updated, but the improvements are very well done and quite classy.

The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. It was clean, warm and very quiet. The room was well presented with ample towels and tea/coffee making facilities and with excellent wi-fi access. The bed was comfortable although a little firm.

The friendliness of staff, the central location.

The shower in the single room downstairs kept going cold very suddenly on two of the mornings. Very annoying. Not good for anyone, but especially not for someone with mobility difficulties. The stairs would not have been manageable for someone with mobility and balance difficulties.

The location is amazing! 1 min walk from Covent Garden station. Great value for money! For sure i'll be back!

There's no safe/strongbox in the room. The bed can be more comfortable. The water is not that hot.

The hotel was lovely, room was very quirky which we liked. Staff very friendly. Excellent location with Covent Garden market on the door step and major sights within walking distance

My only complaint is that the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. We did report it but it wasn't fixed. Did not in any way spoil our stay though

Excellent, quiet location and characterful small, privately run hotel with friendly, informative and helpful staff.

A coupe of niggles - a light switch that didn't switch off, and a wash hand basin plug that didn't hold water in the basin.

excellent location, friendly staff, cosy room.

The hotel was clean,tidy and nicely decorated.Very well situated for shops and theatre's and close to the tube.
