The location was amazing within walking distance to so many attractions. Clean, Comfortable and staff exceptionally helpful/friendly.
Sorry nothing :)
Excellent location close to Covent Garden and the many theatres in that area. Very peaceful though. Great staff.
No breakfast available. No elevator, so some climbing needed if your room is on the upper floors.
Location Friendly Staff Clean Helpful Informative Pleasant Everything about this Hotel is great, highly recommend and will be returning :)
We stayed only one night as we were in London to see a show. The staff really could not have been more helpful and well informed. Our baggage was safely stored as we arrived before the check in time and wanted to go for a walk as it was the following day after checkout. The rooms are very well provided with everything necessary including bottled water and even toothbrushes. There is no restaurant on site as the rooms are on a room only basis but this is no problem at all as there is tea and coffee in the rooms and so much choice of local cafes, pubs and restaurants most at very modest prices too. The position is quite simply unbeatable too. We shall return definitely and thank all at the hotel for making our stay so comfortable and for being so welcoming.
The hotel is well allocated to certain theatres and covent gardens.
The hotel is a little bit dated and the staff did not even know where the Piccadilly theatre was.Not very good for the visiting tourists.
Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.
Most of the lamps in the room were not working
The balloons we asked for along with other treats, and the unrequested but unbelievably wonderful upgrade to a suite for which there was no extra charge. For a little girl, getting her own slippers and bathrobe is never going to be forgotten. Fielding... you done so good... Thank you, really thank you...
come on... with what was done for us there is nothing not to like... You were just great, Fielding...
Very comfortable kingsized bed. Large shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Luggage room and shower facilities to use on your return to hotel. Staff very nice.
Room was quite small. Older people may need a lift!
helpfulness of staff
nothing to dislike
The location couldn't be better. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My single room was very small.
Clean, comfortable and quiet
The fielding is absolutely perfect. It's location is great, right next to the royal opera house (perfect for solo travellers like me). The room size may be fairly small, but for typical London sizes is great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours, as you leave the key behind when you exit the hotel. I notice there is also a safe kept in the reception, if you want to leave valuables locked away. The wifi is free and the beds comfortable. Price is brilliant for such a fantastic location. The only problem is that it sells out so quickly!! I have stayed here before and do intend to stay again. I can't rate it highly enough.
Very good location, very helpful staff, clean hotel
Very small room
No meals provided. A bit expensive compared with other hotels in the same locality.
Location good but felt uneasy at night slot of men drinking in door ways.
No eating area.no lift in hotel.very dusty in room not very clean.
Very friendly staff Fantastic location Comfortable room Would stay again
Common areas were a bit scruffy
Fielding Hotel places emphasis on customer care so as a solo traveller it was good to feel welcomed and secure. The location is excellent for theatres and sightseeing with the Covent Garden underground station close by. The room was small but perfectly adequate and value for money given that it is in Central London. I'll certainly be returning. Compliments to all the reception staff for their helpfulness, a clear effort is made to recruit appropriately.
Staff were really nice - both helpful and friendly. They were, in fact, the best element of the hotel. room was well stocked with bottled water and beverages and there were plenty of soap, shampoo and an array of other, very useful, items.
The hotel was badly in need of a facelift - both internal and external.
The location is great, a single room is affordable and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Never stayed in such a pretty hotel so central to everything you need for a stay in London! Will definitely return!
The location was great and the staff were very helpful.
The bed was so bad we couldn't sleep well at all!!!! We travel a lot and this was the worse bed we have ever experienced! The stairs are an issue if you have problems or large bags.
very small room
Comfortable, clean, nice
no elevator, very small rooms
No breakfast in the hotel.
