Breakfast was superb; best breakfast on our trip. The innkeeper, Jane, was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and surrounding sites and very helpful. Small details such as the chocolates on the pillows and organic toiletries underscored her genuine interest in ensuring her guest's comfort.
Very nice and clean B&B
very cosy, nice clean rooms
Friendly staff with good suggestions and service Jacuzzi bath tub in the private bath Location perfect for going to the amazing Marloes beach
Carpet floor Relatively small room
The attention to detail here was wonderful. We were made feel very much at home, the little extras were much appreciated. e.g. cup of tea on arrival. If marks could be given for the standard at breakfast it would be 100%. We really enjoyed our stay, it was great value for money.
There was absolutely nothing we did not like here. Jayne is an excellent hostess.
Friendly Staff, clean, nice, good breakfast, good parking, lovely place to stay will be going back.
don't eat at the local pub...
As it was paid we left without seeing anybody. Not quality for a junior suite ,very low ceelings kept bumping heads
location Breakfast cosy room and dressing area plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room
just slightly low sloping roof in the room (banged heads) we are not tall people
breakfast, room, outdoor area, staff
Comfortable place, v nice staff, great breakfast, with all extras - large TV, tea and coffee in your room, comfortable bed....just a really pleasant place
Bathroom was small.
Great bed Lovely ambience
Booking. Com gave us an incorrect map It tool us 2 hrs to find it Having got help at the hotel on the Main Street in Milford haven we eventually found it
Need a bed sheet as well as a duvet. Too hot with a duvet but too cool without one. Just a sheet needed.
Jayne was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the bed was the best that I have ever slept in. All the little extras like the cotton buds, slippers, towels and toiletries. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. In my opinion it should get a five star rating.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
Nice location, good for walking Excellent room, excellent breakfast Host really friendly Good facilities in room, nice big t.v.
Parking supplied and pleasant position. Room clean. Breakfast nice.
No one to greet us and no response to our phone message. Room advertised with private bathroom but bathroom not attached, had to walk down the hall past entrance and breakfast room which is not private and very inconvenient. Breakfast room quite crowded and cluttered. Had to squeeze past other guests to get basics such as sugar, milk etc.
Everything Lots of personal touches like a filo-fax with takeout menus Maps Popular things to do in the area Restaurants near-by with prices Best B&B i've been to - and better than any hotel i've been to!
Jayne goes over her way to help. Excellent stay!
Not practical for those without cars
Location, walks from the doorstep, amazing breakfast (can't think of a better breakfast anywhere). Not so good if you are losing weight!!! Clean, comfortable beds, happy to serve breakfast as early as we wanted.......
I think there was a family problem, nobody there when we arrived and a confusing message. I called the contact number, left a voice message but didn't get a call back. Staff in the morning were excellent, but the lack of contact when we arrived takes my "staff" rating from excellent to good.
Spacious and peacefull B&B, very helpfull staff with friendly pub close by.
Little more further out from Milford Haven centre than we had envisaged.
EVERYTHING! Welcome pack was thorough, all information you could need about the room, Lodge, and Pembrokeshire. Beautiful room with lovely touches, including a usefull little sink. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!!! We had the seperate private bathroom down the hall... and we lucked out with that! Large room, big powershower, and a jacuzzi bath, which was divine. With a bathrobe and complimentary slippers to help with the short distance to the room. The complimentary toiletries were also lovely. Breakfast was perfect, a great range of everything and the service was friendly and accommodating. I have to say this is by far the best b&b we have ever stayed in, and we really want to go back soon!
Can't fault a single thing!!!
Really nice b&b with beautiful surroundings. Perfect if you want to have a quiet weekend away from the city. Breakfast includes big choice of fresh fruits, juices, cereals as well as hot breakfast option. Definitely worth the price.
Very welcoming, pleasant and obliging staff. I had an excellent night's sleep followed by an equally excellent breakfast.
beautiful inside - great attention to detail - we had the spa bathroom - magnificent - enjoyed some country lane walks nearby - really nice breakfast
sorry we missed meeting the hostess - but the breakfast staff were lovely
Lovely Stay :)
