We like the room and has the things we really needed like hair blower, iron and iron board. We love the breakfast as well.

For the price paid, I thought it was very expensive for the room. I was unable to open the window because of the noise from the station. The dinner was very good quality but the breakfast was no different to something I would get in a Holiday Inn, Swimming Pool and Gym closes to early so I was unable to make use of this.

I had to have eye surgery and it was not expected. You would not allow me to change dates and that’s why I rate you lower. You never gave me an option to book a refundable reservation via booking.com. In sight of this. I could not attend my mini break at your hotel. I called up and no compassion was provided and hence quite unprofessional dealing with you. If you’re able to offer me a change of dates then I’d be pleased to come and rate you higher.
