The design/decor was really sympathetic to the beautiful architecture; not over done, simple and tasteful. Staff were very sweet and helpful even if they couldn't solve our WiFi issue. Fantastic garden. Lovely crisp sheets. Nice food in the restaurant. A really beautiful place. The coffee was poor and we love our coffee. We couldn't get WiFi in our rooms. The water pressure was very poor so we couldn't take proper showers.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff throughout our one night stay, which made a very pleasant stay. Bed was a bit smaller than we are used to but was none the less comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

My room was brilliant. The four poster bed was very comfortable. The whirlpool bath helped me unwind after a long day. Breakfast wanted for nothing.

The staff and hotel were brilliant, they catered for my young family and my disabled father really well. They do not cater for specific diets such as Vegetarians. This was not highlighted until we ordered breakfast and the waitress stated that they don't cater for Vegetarians. This would be good if they addressed this as we would be more likely to book again with them.

I particularly liked the friendly and efficient service. Thank you everyone. The small things in maintenance which needed repairing. The Owner assured me that there were plans in the pipeline to upgrade part of the property and I would enjoy going back sometime to see the finished results.

The village setting, the outlook, the oldy-worldy appearance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. Early breakfast finish of 9.45am on a bank holiday! The shower only trickled, the basin tap was loose, the radiator in the bathroom was loose.

Very welcoming staff. Lovely location set in the South Downs. The village is very pretty and a choice of two good pubs serving great food within the village as well as the cosy bar and restaurant at Findon Manor. Although we didn't have an evening meal at the Manor the menu looked very tempting and the quality of the food at breakfast was delicious. All in all we had a very relaxing weekend. Our double room, although lovely, was quite small.

Very comfortable room and bed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was closed as it was a monday but the food in the bar was extremely good. I would have liked a stool to sit on at the dressing table.

The staff were very attentive during our stay, The hotel was a lovely old manor, well kept and the whole of my stay was wonderful. Findon village was beautiful and the local post office staff were friendly, would stay again in the year. Would of liked to of seen the fire lit in the Snooty Fox Bar as the weather was chilly.

Parking; warm room once curtains placed *behind/above* the radiator - why put a rad under a single-glazed window? Efficient dtv, bath with shower. Shabby room overlooking car park. Needed painting and re-decorating (also applies to public areas). Inexperienced breakfast staff; asked for kippers and got smoked haddock!
