A great little place to stay, All the staff are fantastic Lee, Raymond and Tracy and very welcoming. There's no food in the bar but they are more than happy for you to eat your take away in and even provided plates (Flash in the Pan has the best fish & chips I've had for a long time) Had a great time in the bar that night chatting away to the locals, everyone is super friendly. Breakfast the next morning was so good, the full fry-up kept me going for the rest of the day. Had a good chat with Tracy while eating breakfast and she is a great guide as was telling me about lots of places to visit. I was only staying for the one night but wish it had have been for longer, will definitely be back
everything, lovely place,a home from home, a mouth watering breakfast, excellent staff i would love to be part of my family.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs. Breakfast was everything one would expect plus.
Room was somewhat small. No place to store luggage, we had to use the window sill for one bag and pushed together two lamp stands to place the other bag.
It was our first visit to Ireland but obviously not long enough. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Finn Mac Cools was a family run bar and hotel, we only stayed one night but what a night!!.... Fab entertainment and hostility. Fantastic value for money.
The staff were very friendly Cleanliness of the room
Average accommodation for the price.
Really nice friendly place. Great base for giants causeway touring.
The room is basic but clean and very good for the price. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Would stay there again.
Very helpful and friendly staff, really made me feel welcome. lovely breakfast, only 10 minutes drive to giants causeway. Great location
Very good location for all attractions, including the airshow. Friendliness of staff and attention to customers, excellent. Easy to meet local bushmills people due to great staff.
a very good public house and guest house in the middle of town . the room was comfy breakfast excellent and the staff were very friendly
the room was tidy and clean just a bit tiny in size
the shower tiles could have done with the grouting been redone
Clean and comfortable rooms, super breakfast and good value for money.
Had to come home!
Finn McCool's is a small pub with about 4 rooms for accommodation. This was an overnight stay for us but we enjoyed it. The staff could not have been any more helpful recommending other things to see and do in Bushmills. Lots of locals come into the pub.
The rooms are all quite close together and when other guests leave early, it is a bit noisy.
Very clean room, good bed, nice personnel, good breakfast.
Everything was excellent check-in to breakfast before departure very friendly staff and the locals we were on a motorcycle tour of the causeway coastal route really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. tony & john 2 hairless bikers from Newcastle
No were to sit except the public bar, no relaxing seats
If you want to meet some locals this is the place for you. We were treated so well by the friendly staff who were only too happy to help with suggestions for things to do and see. The room we had was quite small but adequate but the shower made up for it - it was great. Be sure to sit in the bar with the locals at night and have a yarn!
Room size was the only fault.
Nice place really lovely and helpful staff.
Maybe a little expensive for what they offer.
All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely
wifi didnt work in the rooms
I was traveling with my mum who had a bad ankle at the time. When we arrived I stuck my bedraggled head round the door and the landlord Ray and Scottish Jim (one of the locals) leapt into action and carried our cases up the stairs for us. We were showed to our rooms (mine a single and mum's a twin) and we were very happy with them. They were clean and comfortable and had good window sills for people watching or reading. We went down to the bar for a drink and were made to feel very welcome by the regulars who were there and this continued each time we propped up the bar, there was always someone to chat with. They phoned a local restaurant to book us a table on our first evening, which was most welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the landlady and her daughter and the other lady whose name I can't remember were very helpful with suggestions on where to go, how to get there (we were without a car so reliant on public transport) and they made various phone calls to find out anything we needed to know. The Bushmills distillery is just a few minutes walk up the road and it's quite easy to stay there most of the day without realising it! It was also very easy to get to The Giant's Causeway. We just walked down the road to a car park where a shuttle bus runs during the summer season every 20 mins or so (free for National Trust members so flash your card). You can also get a scenic coastal hop-on, hop-off bus which takes you to all the main places in the area (including Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and Dunluce castle). We were only there for 2 days (3 nights) but we absolutely loved it. It was clean and cosy and the owners, staff and locals all made us feel very welcome. Loved it. Especially Scottish Jim - the man's a legend!
Leaving. Next time we'll stay longer.
The owners were very friendly and helpful filled you in with all the things to do an places to eat.
I can't say one thing that we didn't luke.
The breakfast, the staff and the bar banter
Everything breakfast was great
Great service with the staff. The wifi didn't really work upstairs in rooms but otherwise very close to distillery and giants causeway.
